Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

1. Assess business flow and customize odoo to match employee expectations
2. Reinforce performance of the ERP
3. Build concepts, knowing they may not actually be implemented, allowing employees to test their requests 
4. Buid custom modules for Odoo enabling new workflows and tool integrations 
5. Source and modify available modules in the open-source community to reduce the cost and burden of custimization (very resourceful)  
6. Easy to talk to, easy to share ideas and brainstorm solutions.  
7. Upgrade from Odoo V17 to V19 - Generated a full structured plan (very impressed)
8. Communicated extremely well through each step of implementation plan.   
9. Understanding on customer needs and timeline changes.   

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Weekly meetings where we test the progress of and features before release  

Our Company is now more aligned than ever because we have onboarded a GOOD erp that meets our needs.   

Our ability to sell as a team has allowed us to grow our sales numbers 10x - We are no longer trying to find documents and onboard sales members to customers.   All information - one place - easy. 

The same is true for Manufacturing, Inventory and accounting.

Always on time, able to pivot when required, able to switch tasks if required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Positive team attitude and joy of working with a customer on the customization.   It can be stressful and endless to work with your own team on the implementation of an ERP system.   The bright smiles of Bay Forward during our morning weekly meeting make the whole process much easier to take on.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bay Forward could have done differently?

At this point no, During our contract I have voiced areas that would make the process and projects better from my perspective and Bay Forward has always taken action on feedback right away.
