Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Stephen was hired to manage all of our SEO services, which include but it is not limited to, website implementation, blog services, copywriting, LSA optimization, GBP creation/optimization, and Google Map Pack (Local Pack) + strategy. Stephen has also played a role in implementing Google Ad strategy. 
He is present during two meetings per week, one of which specifically reports to our executive team. His weekly presentation showcases the work he is completing as well as pitching various new ideas to ensure we stay ahead of Google algorithm changes/updates. 
He is prompt, intuitive, and always striving to be ahead of the curve no matter what he is working on.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Spreadsheets that go over LSA performance before he took over, how he is currently doing, and a list of reasons/to-do's to ensure if performance is down, how we can improve. Stephen also provides a full list of blogs that go out weekly, and a subscription to Local Falcon to ensure we are improving/tracking our local search rankings.

Absolutely! Stephen hits every deadline that he sets himself, and it's not uncommon for him to finish his deadlines early.

SEO is extremely technical, and with Google constantly changing, he provides a wealth of knowledge regarding updates/bugs that may only be weeks old. He simply knows what's going on in the ever-evolving world of SEO!

Are there any areas for improvement or something BaseHit Marketing could have done differently?

Not at this time! Stephen has far exceeded our expectations, and his pricing is MORE than fair for the ROI you will get out of him.
