I got the reference from a friend who’s already worked with baari labs on another project. The easy availability of 3D printing with cost effective pricing is what made me select baari labs

Outrider is a battery operated GPS tracker to keep a tab on elderly and children’s whereabouts at all times. It was designed in a way that won’t interfere with their range of motion. Currently, we have completed the prototype and are looking for market validation.

8 in total- two of them were from the core team and the rest were engineers working on different segments of the device

The overall experience of working with them was good.

I'm the founder of Eyecan. We make AI-based software for visually impaired people. With our application, a blind person can read, navigate around, and find objects.

What challenge were you trying to address with Baari Labs?

We're planning to start a new division of items in the hardware segment, and we hired Baari Labs to help us build the prototype version.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Baari Labs are in charge of product design for our new project. We started by giving them all the information they needed, and consequently, they started working on the concept's design. Once they dove deep into the product's design, they began creating a list of suggested changes.

What is the team composition?

We've been working with two members of their team, including Taha (Founder) and a hardware specialist.

How did you come to work with Baari Labs?

We found them through a mutual connection.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we've spent around $250,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $3,000 USD)

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started around April 2022, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our tests have shown that the product they're creating works, including the cameras set up and the overall hardware.

How did Baari Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good. We use a WhatsApp group to communicate with everyone involved in this process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The personal touch they provide to the project is their best attribute.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on because their work has been good so far.

Baari Labs will provide the personal touch you need for your project in case you're in the initial stages of it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to Baari Labs by a friend of ours. Being from a non-technical background, our biggest challenge was technical aspect of the product development. Baari Labs guided us in terms of development requirements from ideation to prototyping.

They helped us build a range of smart pet toys. To start with, they built a fully automatic laser toy operated by battery which has a five-level adjustable circling range that projects a red laser which invites the pet to play and chase.

A product manager, who looked after the entire product development. A product designer, who worked on achieving the design aesthetic for our product. Two product developers, who worked on electronic and mechanical aspects of the product.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In it's development stage, the Minimum Viable Product was put through it's paces for pets which generated a positive response.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly targets set, which were looked after and delivered by the project manager on time. They were very receptive of the queries and questions that we had with the development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The before time delivery of the product and the alternative solutions for our technical issues.

None. We were satisfied with their services.

We met the team of baari labs at a workshop in the city. After multiple rounds of meetings, their promise to deliver the best was the convincing factor.

It is an IoT device that helps in scheduling and controlling irrigation and fertigation through water and other solubles with the help of a sensor, controller and automatic valves. This smart irrigation system will monitor the weather, soil moisture and plant’s water usage sensor’s data to automatically adjust the watering quantity and schedule. The product is in the market validation stage.

There were around 7 people from Baari labs and they were from Consulting and Designing domains.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With Baari Labs’ guidance, we were able to build an IoT device that allows farmers, homeowners, and others to automate their irrigation & Plumbing activities and optimize water usage.

It was quite smooth and no hurdles bulged out during operations.

Baari Labs' meticulously focused on enhancing the product to make it a perfect fit for the market.

As of now I don’t think there are any areas of improvement.

The main deciding factor was connections, Baari Labs was recommended to us by one of our connections, so initially the trustworthiness came from there.

We aim to solve the problem of boring college education by turning conventional teaching method into a completely futuristic gamified way of teaching with our product whose prototype is ready to demonstrate the idea with its maximum capacity.

There were around 5 guys from Baari labs and they were from tech, consulting and designing domains.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Due to Baari Labs we have been able to complete our MVP in time & were able to demonstrate in a big event which held us very good positive response and a part of credit goes to Baari labs as well.

The management was handled online, And medium of communication was Google meet Firstly we had a meet regarding the work and objectives and work allocation, Then our later meets were progress check meets to ascertain weather the development is on track as expected, Ultimately leading to the delivery of our product.

I must say the most impressive factor is the simplicity, people were quite supportive. They helped us create our vision to its best.

Our experience was seamless , but there is always some scope of improvement
