What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Asynx Devs Private Limited provides monthly reports and updates. The team also shares a clear timeline of when stage rollouts are made so my team and I can visibly see the progress. The website has a Google PageSpeed score of more than 90% and a page load speed of less than five seconds. The site also has a 99.9% uptime with AWS ECS deployments, backups, snapshots, and security fixes and updates.

We’ve seen a 40% cart conversion rate (expected) and 2,000 weekly traffic with a 35% conversion rate from July 2023 to October 2023. We’ve already seen a 30% ROI and expect to see the full ROI in less than six months. Some customers have said the website is good and easy to use rather than overstuffed or overcomplex designs. Kudos to Asynx Devs Private Limited for such a clean and professional user-friendly design.

Asynx Devs Private Limited is a man of their word. The promised milestones have been delivered before the promised date, so I’ve had no issues with that. I run a team and often find some turnarounds, so I’m very happy with Asynx Devs Private Limited’s quick turnarounds and promise fulfillments. We communicate via WhatsApp.

Asynx Devs Private Limited’s professionalism, communication, quick turnaround time, and prompt response are impressive. The team is always open to feedback and asks for feedback and thoughts. Rather than a hired agency, Asynx Devs Private Limited works as a partner to grow our business. I couldn’t pinpoint anything because there’s no such thing as dissatisfaction or disappointment — everything has gone smoothly and professionally.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing Asynx Devs Private Limited could improve on. Initially, I thought they could assign more developers and speed up the workflow. However, the chief who runs the operations knows the plan, and he’s convinced me that the project goes efficiently. Adding more developers could overstress the team and create unwanted bottlenecks. Six months for design and development is quite efficient and excellent.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Asynx Private Limited did a great job and completed the project with strict deadlines. The team was always open to feedback, which resulted in a potential collaboration and the best outcome. Moreover, the page load speed was less than five seconds, and the Lighthouse score was greater than 90%. We also got a great UX across devices, responsive designs, a cart conversion rate of 3%–5%, a bounce rate of less than 40%, and an average session duration of more than two minutes. We had no vulnerabilities after the post-launch. Overall, the most important outcomes for our business goals were the conversion rate, UX, and data security. We tracked these metrics via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Cloudflare Analytics.
