They are well branded, and they had relevant experience. They were non-salesy.

They first walked us through the entire process of setting up cold email campaigns The first step consisted of setting up our SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records and giving us context on how ESPs utilize them to prevent spammers from sending bad emails.

The second step consisted of them setting up our SendGrid account, which included Domain Verification, Reverse DNS, Subuser Management, and setting up a warm-up tool in Warm Up Inbox.

The third step consisted of connecting our mailboxes to Apollo.io using SMTP integration. The last few steps consisted of having calls with Nate and David to review effective copy frameworks and to evaluate how our copy could be causing us to end up in the spam folder.

In less than one year, we helped our main client generate 165 meetings through cold email.

From there, the team passes on the targets to me. Moreover, their resources also create content and manage our outbound marketing campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

With Inbox Attack’s help, we’ve acquired a few prospects. So far, we’ve achieved around 70%–80% increase in conversion. With this in mind, I’m already considering Inbox Attack for another project.

Inbox Attack’s project management is excellent. They always follow up on every stage of our outbound campaign, and we have constant conversations. To communicate, we typically use emails and video conference calls.

Seth was referred by the owner of an agency which provides web conversion optimization services to our company.

Seth started by auditing our email program, implementing improvements to our automation, creating copy, and launching A/B tests. He is now leading our efforts to improve conversions in our enrollment pathway by creating interactive experiences with the user (chat/SMS) in combination with email follow-ups.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Seth is in the process of creating dashboards so we can efficiently measure the results of our various campaigns, determine the winners in A/B tests, and track the results of various lead streams. We wanted to wait til the end of our peak season to measure results, when we had enough data.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seth is exceptional at communicating the status and next steps of projects with our team members, and keeping everything moving forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Seth has outstanding project management, communication, and copywriting skills. He's very bright and takes the initiative in solving complex problems. Because of our confidence in Seth, we've been able to fully delegate email campaign responsibilities to him, and trust that he will find creative solutions to converting customers using new technology options.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like for Seth to attend some email conferences with us, where he will be exposed to new ideas, trends, and technologies, and can consider them for our business and for his other clients.

Originally found them through Upwork and read some of their sample copy work. After speaking with David and Nate I knew that these guys had wealth of knowledge on not just how to write copy but also how to get your emails into your target's inbox.

I'm going to just summarize everything that they've done for us. Initially, they helped us decided what smtp platform to use based on our needs. They then instructed us on how to properly warm our Ip address for maximum deliverability. They then wrote all of the copy for our last 6 drip campaigns and instructed us on how to properly deploy said campaigns to maximize our results.

Our new email platform build with the new drip campaigns has had amazing results. We've increased our open rates by 30% and click-through by 10%. We couldn't be any happier with the results.

We worked through google docs and the communication and flow was easy. Everyone on our team was able to comment and make changes and Inbox Attacks was extremely responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability not only to write great copy but they are also able to handle the technical aspect of email deliverability. It doesn't matter how well your emails are written if no one reads them.

We were looking to explore a new channel for lead generation and we wanted to start a direct outreach campaign, so we found Nate and Inbox Attack as the leaders in the direct outreach space.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Actually, I found Nate Wright and his company via a guest training he did for Oren Klaff, the author of "Pitch Anything". It was a match made in heaven as Nate mentioned direct outreach to e-commerce store owners which matched our need exactly.

First, we had a consultation call. Then we had a strategy session with Nate where we created a roadmap for our project. Later David helped with the setup and implementation. We had several consulting calls afterwards talking about the campaign performance.

Directly we talked with Nate and David, senior deliverability experts. Indirectly the Inbox Attack copywriters and assistants, who have helped us with the messaging and copywriting.

We've significantly increased traffic and awareness. The deliverability of the campaign initially was around 46%, but after we implemented all the suggested changes it reached 76%. The open rate also increased from around ~8% to ~19%

We worked well together. Nate and his team are very responsive.

Very personal approach and in-depth hands-on experience of all the staff.

I guess it would have been even more perfect if Inbox Attack offered the setup as a Done for you service vs teaching/consulting, it could have saved some time. But the upside to that is that now we know how to do everything in-house.

We have been able to take our clients from zero/little results (very challenging space) to booking calls in the space of a couple months. We have also streamlined and optimized our execution internally which has helped our overall efficiency and productivity.

Very. It's a consulting/training engagement so we have a set call structure to go over what we need help on week by week.

Given we had many resources in place this has worked well, but I know they offer turn key services and a mix of done-for-you and training so I would assume they'd be able to help virtually anyone based on their unique needs and challenges.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Industry experience is vast. They've been in the game a long time and have worked with a wide variety of industries on all types of campaigns. Their experience and ability to help in such a niche situation was pleasantly surprising. Very few know our space well.

Nate doesn't take well to fashion advice. A backwards hat would really compliment his look but he has yet to wear one on our calls.

We scheduled a one-hour time slot, where we bring some goals for the meeting. Example: Create 3 templates for reaching out to influencers, psychologists, and celebrities. From there, we would work together to create the templates keeping the same tone and writing style.

Very effective workflow. Sometimes we would go over the hour, and Nate would let it slide. We got a lot of work done by working together on the same call.

The most impressive thing about this company was all the techniques they have gathered for reaching highly influential people, also Nate has a skill for writing to different audiences that I haven't seen before. We conducted phone interviews to discuss our goals and the best way to approach a solution that would deliver the desired results. We decided that in order to maximize the effectiveness of our work, a redesign of our website was necessary.

This was added to the scope of our project to insure we were directing potential clients to an effective and holistic marketing environment. Once we had the website in place we were able to create more effective campaigns to capture more potential clients. Not only did this include the outreach but also several mechanisms in the process to capture those leads.

Nate was the constant through our work. Whenever there was a need that required more specialization he would bring in another member of his team that could address the issue. Altogether, I worked with three people.

Lead generation as grown by 75% as a direct result from Inbox Attack's work based on the training and tools they provided me.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was fantastic. We would meet remotely for our sessions with specific goals and almost always they were accomplished. I would have work to do between these sessions and if there were any issues they were always there to assist.

It really helped that I was never passed off from one resource to another. Nate was my primary resource and always up to date on progress and the next steps in the process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their response times and dedication. Whenever I contacted them with an issue it seemed they were more concerned about it than I was and got right on it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am completely impressed with this organization and trust them more than any other vendor I've worked with. In my experiences, I honestly can't think of any area in that needs to improve. (Maybe if they provided me with wining lottery numbers?)
