A workshop was held to raise employee awareness about the importance of mental health, both individually and collectively. It provided tools for stress management and recognition, fostered healthy habits for both individuals and the team, and finally, presented the on-site support service so employees knew they could access a professional for assistance and what that support entailed.

There was a positive response from the team; everyone enjoyed participating in the activity, even those who were a bit more skeptical. I understand the final impact can't be measured in the same way other projects are evaluated. The results will be felt in the well-being of the employees and the team as a whole, but they can't necessarily be quantified. It's also too early for a definitive assessment.

Ana was very receptive, the project was designed to fit the needs of our company and the talk was given on time and in the agreed manner.
