Stage 1:

Analysis of the Recipient’s needs
Analysis of the job description / job specification
Direct search for candidates (creating a list of companies and candidates who may meet the requirements of the position)
Additional candidate search (candidate database, market networking, drafting job ads and sending them to the Recipient for approval, advertising, marketing activities)
Pre-selection (collecting and analyzing applications)
Stage 2:

Candidate assessment (organizing the first round of interviews, evaluating the candidate’s skills and professional experience, reference checks at the Recipient’s request)
Process reporting (daily and weekly communication with the Recipient about the ongoing process: candidate availability/unavailability, financial expectations, candidate motivation, and other aspects of the project)
Presentation of shortlisted candidate profiles with all necessary information on work experience, as well as a professional evaluation of the candidates by the consultant

Stage 3:

Organizing interviews with the Recipient (possibility of the consultant’s attendance at the Recipient’s request)

Selection of one or more candidates for employment with the Provider’s guarantee in the form of a defined time period
