Early in 2022 we started building our EU sales team, and opened Sales Manager vacancies in Austria and Germany. As the labour markets of these countries were pretty new to us, we decided to work with a recruitment agency. We had one partner first, but the number of candidates we got from them wasn't enough to build the team within planned timelines, and we started looking for another partner. This is how we met Avomind.
This was a turning point in the whole process! Already on the first call with Olena I could feel that she understood what kind of profiles we needed. She immediately grasped it! So, I felt very comfortable to give it a try with Avomind. Right after the call we started getting CVs, and the level of candidates was really high.
Seriously, I don't know how they generate so many great candidates, but I had a feeling that they can send new CVs endlessly :) I managed to close all my open roles with their help, and was super comfortable to recommend them to other colleagues internally.
