I’m the founder and director of Pronto Farms LLC, a Miami-based floral sourcing company. We import and supply fresh-cut flowers from around the world to floral importers, wholesalers, and event planners, focusing on quality, variety, and innovation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aventis HR?

We needed to find adequate candidates to increase our sales force.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aventis HR provided recruitment services. The team researched their talent pool to find candidates who met our criteria. The team also handled meetings, introductions, and follow-ups. The main deliverables included interview reports, candidate shortlists, CVs, and individual discussions per prospect.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Aventis HR.

How did you come to work with Aventis HR?

We found Aventis HR through an online search. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, had a great culture fit, and had company values that aligned with ours.

We worked together from July 2026–August 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we didn’t have any measurable metrics, Aventis HR presented us with acceptable candidates, and we selected the one we believed was appropriate.

How did Aventis HR perform from a project management standpoint?

Aventis HR delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The handling of meetings, introductions, and follow-ups was perhaps the best experience we’ve had with an HR firm. Their follow-up skills were outstanding, and the professionalism with which they handled every step of the process was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was hardly anything they could have done better.
