The project was successful based on several measurable outcomes. First, participant feedback scores were very positive, with high ratings for both the trainer’s expertise and the practical value of the training. Participants particularly appreciated the hands-on exercises and real-world examples.Another key outcome was the participants’ ability to apply the knowledge gained during the training in their daily work. After the sessions, teams were able to better understand and use the tools and practices covered during the training.Participants highlighted the hands-on nature of the workshops, real-world examples, and the trainer’s ability to adapt explanations to different experience levels within the group. In addition, the majority of participants indicated that they would recommend the training to colleagues, which is one of our key internal success indicators.
