Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The work involved taking fairly rough ideas from us and turning them into proper pieces of content. In some cases we had a clear topic and direction, while other times the starting point was little more than a few notes or a conversation about what we wanted to say. Australis Press spent time shaping those ideas, doing the research needed to fill in the gaps, and writing the material in a way that was easier to follow. There was also quite a bit of back and forth on tone.
We did not want the writing to sound too formal or like generic AI content, especially because the subject matter can get technical quite quickly. Some drafts needed more changes than others. We ended up putting more attention on clarity, structure, and how a normal reader would understand the point than we expected at the beginning. A few ideas we thought were important internally were not actually that useful to the reader, so those were reduced or removed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest result was that we had a much larger body of content that we could actually use. It helped us explain what iwantmore.ai does in a clearer way and gave us material we could continue using across our online presence. We also spent less time internally turning rough ideas into finished articles, which was probably one of the more practical benefits.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project was completed in stages rather than everything arriving at once. That worked reasonably well because we could review the earlier pieces and give feedback before moving too far ahead. There were a couple of points where revisions took longer than we expected, but they were open to the changes and did not make the process difficult. Once they understood the tone we wanted, the later pieces needed less input from us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was the amount of work that went into making the content readable. It would have been easy to take our technical ideas and turn them into long, heavy articles, but they made a real effort to keep the writing clear. They also took feedback seriously. When we said something did not sound like us, they adjusted it rather than trying to defend the original version.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Australis Press Publishing could have done differently?

The main thing I would change is how much context we gave them at the beginning. We had a better understanding of the product internally than we realised, so some of that knowledge was missing from the first briefs. That meant a few early pieces needed more explanation and revisions than they probably should have.
