I am the COO of WickerPL Radomska Joanna

Wicker is a Polish family-owned company that has been operating for 35 years. It is deeply rooted in regional wicker craftsmanship, which boasts over 150 years of tradition. For years, it has successfully sold its products in European markets through the Amazon marketplace, and by supplying them to retail chains such as Intermarché and Auchan.

Their team designed and implemented our Shopify store, helped us introduce PIM for centralized product data management, integrated key tools, and optimized internal processes connected with production and eCommerce operations. They also supported us in building the right foundations for our eCommerce team.

The project focused on building a centralized environment for managing sales, inventory, logistics, customer data, and financial operations while integrating Odoo with the company’s eCommerce infrastructure. Key deliverables included:

Full Odoo ERP implementation and configuration tailored to the client’s business processes
