• To implement and customize an Odoo ERP system that would centralize and automate key operational processes such as inventory management, order processing, invoicing, and logistics for the Polish market expansion.
• To integrate Odoo with the company’s eCommerce ecosystem in order to synchronize sales, warehouse, and customer data between different sales channels and create one unified operational environment.

The project focused on building a centralized environment for managing sales, inventory, logistics, customer data, and financial operations while integrating Odoo with the company’s eCommerce infrastructure. Key deliverables included:

Full Odoo ERP implementation and configuration tailored to the client’s business processes

Integration between Odoo and external sales channels to synchronize orders, inventory, and customer data 

Automation of warehouse, invoicing, and order management processes

Custom workflows and operational modules adapted to both B2B and B2C sales models
