The task set for our team was to develop a highly functional, proprietary AI assistant — something similar to ChatGPT, but fully tailored to our company’s needs. The goal was to train the model on a vast amount of internal technical data and create a universal, accurate knowledge base accessible from each employee’s phone or computer. Because much of the data was confidential, it was crucial to implement and host the AI model on our own server infrastructure. According to our specifications, the solution also included integrations with messaging platforms (Telegram and WhatsApp), allowing team members to communicate with the assistant and receive instant answers directly within their chat applications. Additionally, the AI interface functioned as a smart personal assistant. It could create tasks in our task manager, schedule meetings in the calendar — even based on the content of chat conversations, after confirming the user’s intent — and perform a range of other support functions. The project was completed extremely successfully. My team and I are fully satisfied with the results, which met 100% of the initial requirements.
