For each topic, the system utilizes AI to generate a complete, unique article, which is then automatically formatted and published as a new post on the client's WordPress site. Immediately following publication, the workflow triggers a translation module. 
This module creates a fully translated version of the article for each pre-selected language, publishing each one as a new, standalone post. This process effectively populates the blog with distinct articles in multiple languages, all without any manual intervention.

Atomic Actions also created a centralized system for processing Facebook and web leads, implemented multi-step booking flows using Fillout and Calendly, and ensured seamless client creation, meeting scheduling, and email notifications based on user input. Several existing workflows were migrated from Zapier to Make to improve performance and reduce operational costs. All automations were designed to be scalable, accurate, and tightly integrated with our existing tools and processes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Atomic Actions delivered a solid WhatsApp–Twilio integration that significantly improved our user communication. We were able to reach thousands of users more directly through WhatsApp, increasing message delivery and visibility compared to email-only communication. It also reduced friction in key user journeys, such as receiving updates and participating in activities. Overall, it helped us move closer to real-time, accessible communication, especially for users with limited internet access.After implementing the WhatsApp–Twilio integration, we saw a significant improvement in communication performance. Message open/read rates increased to over 80–90%, compared to much lower engagement via email.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atomic Actions reviewed the entire process and mapped the full workflow, from manual data entry in spreadsheets to resyncing with the internal property management system and integration with QuickBooks. Our task was to pull data from the report, match it with the property management system, and ultimately generate accurate invoices in QuickBooks. There were some complexities related to third-party integrations.Atomic Actions created a new automated tool that was implemented in our existing system, so there was no need to jump between one and another system. The team integrated this system with all our other systems, particularly the property management system and QuickBooks. After the whole project was delivered, Atomic Actions provided proper documentation and explanations to our team on how to use it

Additionally, we created a clear, well-documented end-to-end workflow. It was easy to adjust and scale the process when needed.

How did Atomic Actions perform from a project management standpoint?

Atomic Actions took a bit longer than expected, but it wasn’t caused by the team. The flow was more complicated than we described at the very beginning. Speaking of their management skills, the team did well. They communicated with the business team, not with our IT team, and managed to describe the whole process themselves. There was no effort from our side to make technical instructions, which was very comfortable. It’s normally difficult to speak the same language between business and technical teams.We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.
