Role‑based access and location filters tailor learning paths; managers see completion status at a glance and receive scheduled weekly/monthly reports. How it addressed the challenge: 
The Student App gives learners a consistent, mobile‑first experience inside a channel they already use. AI‑assisted quiz generation standardizes assessments and reduces effort. The Admin App centralizes moderation and content operations, while dashboards and automated exports ensure consistent, reliable reporting with minimal manual work.

We engineered an end-to-end content automation pipeline that operates from a client-provided list of topics. For each topic, the system utilizes AI to generate a complete, unique article, which is then automatically formatted and published as a new post on the client's WordPress site. Immediately following publication, the workflow triggers a translation module. 
This module creates a fully translated version of the article for each pre-selected language, publishing each one as a new, standalone post. This process effectively populates the blog with distinct articles in multiple languages, all without any manual intervention.

The scope of work covered the design, development, and implementation of a wide range of automations and integrations across multiple BuilderPrime instances. This included automating certificate generation, migrating and validating historical project data, and building data synchronization tools for internal reporting. Atomic Actions also created a centralized system for processing Facebook and web leads, implemented multi-step booking flows using Fillout and Calendly, and ensured seamless client creation, meeting scheduling, and email notifications based on user input. Several existing workflows were migrated from Zapier to Make to improve performance and reduce operational costs. All automations were designed to be scalable, accurate, and tightly integrated with our existing tools and processes.

• WIP Tracking: Sync the "WIP Tracking" spreadsheet with BuilderPrime data to include only sold jobs and correctly track PO numbers for reporting and financial reconciliation.
• Zapier to Make Migration: Migrate existing automations from Zapier to Make to reduce operational costs, improve reliability, and gain more control over workflow customization.
