Atolye15 designed and developed a custom web platform to support Swipeline’s event, covering both promotion and ticket sales. The project began with the creation of a visually engaging landing page where visitors could learn about the event and proceed to purchase tickets.

Once directed to the platform, users could choose from multiple ticket types, such as options with accommodation, seminar-only access, or couple tickets. Each option came with detailed information on what was included, helping users make informed decisions.

The ticket purchasing process was handled through a three-step form that collected attendee details while keeping the selected ticket information visible throughout the experience. For payments, Atolye15 integrated Shopify, where all ticket products were listed. Users were redirected to Shopify’s checkout page to complete their purchase and were then sent back to the main platform for confirmation.

All design and development work,including UI/UX, form structure, and overall frontend experience, was carried out by the Atolye15 team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform handled tens of thousands of ticket transactions, helping us sell out the event and simplifying the entire ticketing process from selection to payment. The landing page attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors and played a key role in raising awareness for the event, serving as the central hub for both promotion and ticket sales.

Socrates is our very first venture in publishing monthly magazines and has been a great success since its first launch back in 2015. Socrates is a content-heavy and design-oriented sports magazine with a strong editorial team and a young target audience. We wanted these aspects of our business to reflect in our web presence as well; so we needed frictionless and flawless content delivery on the web as well as a place to contain and serve all of our different content types such as podcasts, long and short-form videos, articles, etc with a great experience. So we hired the best software company we knew to make this a reality

As I mentioned before, we are obsessed with the design and experience we present to our readers. We are also one of the most frequent content creators of our country: Podcasts, YouTube videos, articles, a shop, media-specific content, etc... You name it, we have it. We had all of this valuable content scattered across the world wide web and we wanted to do something about it; that “something” is to bring all of the content in one place and to present it with a frictionless content experience as well as a CMS that can be easily used by our editorial team. The twist here is to also present this content in a personalized manner with a membership background. Atolye15 provided for these requests excellently.

After more than a year of working with them, I can easily say that we are now lifelong partners with Atolye15. We were very happy with the services we are provided.

They made the way they work very clear from the day we met and it was just like they promised: We get to meet the team every other Friday to go over the last sprint and plan the next one. We also had grooming and prioritization sessions about the tasks, stories, and workforce they dedicate to us. Overall, this clear and precise project management style succeeded greatly in keeping us informed and in the loop.

They are confident problem solvers and self-reliant partners. We were very impressed with their proactive approach regarding the potential problems and the way they communicate solutions. If I must say one thing, we sometimes wished they had a branch or an office in İstanbul for purely social reasons.

The team has used Contentful CMS and following 12 weeks total sprints, they’ve completed it working hand in hand with the design team for illustrations as well. For the HR, they integrated the CRM module infrastructure we currently use, for Rollic.

The development process went smooth and easy and we were glad that we’ve accomplished everything in terms of having a better platform. Long-run success will be the determining factor, adding value to what we already have.

We were always in contact with project managers. They also use JIRA which is a big plus for us. And being able to discuss and decide on together, having them direct us into discovering what outcomes would be beneficial for us is an advantage when working with this team.

They have a solid team, the way they work is built on enjoying the work they do. That brings success to the product. We were very pleased with their orientation and project management methods. Another point would go to their design team which took their time to showcase our titles best way possible.

No, not really. They are a busy team and they give their everything to your product, so as a client, you can be always in touch with them and freely discuss what you have in mind to see the bigger picture with their help.

I am the co-founder and CEO of Lidio, Emre Güzer. Lidio is the new brand of “Mobilexpress” known by a mass of customer base, and it is Turkey’s largest online payment platform; we are serving our customers the ease to not deal with any complex integrations or contracts thanks to our dozens of artificial intelligence-based solutions.

Our goal was to have a website that stands out by its ease and simplicity, at the same time, we needed to reflect the solid structure of online payment systems we have by presenting the end user with efficient UI/UX design.

Atölye15 team is on the sprint of design and frontend development for "Hosted Payment Page" and "Company Payment Portal". These projects enable companies to make online payments by the help of Lidio or the companies without their own platforms to run the online payment processes through Lidio.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcomes of the project can better be assessed once all the pages are live, yet we can say that the project sprints went smooth and so far, we are happy with what we have achieved already. We started a second phase of the project following the completion of the first phase successfully.

The project management was effective, and the project managers are working closely with us, always on the search for how we can make progress to obtain the best outcomes for Lidio. They use JIRA and PMs are hard working individuals we can always reach out whenever we need to.

They are good communicators, they work very much aligned within the team and with their clients. They have helped us a lot with their experience in UI, and they are a self-driven team looking for ways to clarify your project needs better with you.

From a general point of view, we were happy with the services we were provided by Atolye15. In terms of catching deadlines, improvements can be made; but it is very dependent on our feedback to the team and our additional requests.

It was a successful project for us, and we still work with them, we can say that we became partners. Atolye15 uses modern technologies and built a system that is sustainable.

Atolye15 uses JIRA for project management that could help us to see as well where our project was standing day by day. As in every project, of course there were some delays time to time because of change during the project which is quite normal.

We had some meetings and we told them our idea about this dashboard. We did some mockups to show the idea. After that they made a initial design really fast. Then they created a gitlab account for us and we started working with them directly via that platform. We also had an project manager who helps us to communicate with development team.

We had a designer and frontend developer. We were able to communicate with them directly to forward our needs. But our project manager was also really helpful to coordinate the job.

This was the first edition of the product, so it was our only dashboard. We were happy with the result. But of course we updated through the times.

We managed everything through Gitlab. We were able to open bug requests and feature requests. We were also using email communication through our project manager.

They are young and really energetic. They are fast to adopt new technologies and they are open for any kind of discussion. Also frontend developer made a perfect job!

I think they can improve themself at the UX design. Quality of work is really good but UX design can be way better.

For instance we attended a fair and lauched the new application there as well. However the display that we had there was not compatible with our mobile application.
