The main goal for us was to raise brand awareness. This process included growing brand awareness, attracting new users and increasing website traffic as well as increasing the number of followers on social media. At the beginning aspired prepared a strategy for paid marketing channels and social media content. 

Then we've faced the problem with tracking and analyzing the data because of German GDPR policies, but the team has helped us in solving those issues and setting up Google Analytics. After that aspired launched first campaigns on Facebook and Google and tested various creative decisions. 

They also conducted an analysis of our website and various optimization methods were recommended. We have had weekly performance calls and agreed on the on going strategy and adjustments

Regarding familiarizing the market with our service, we managed to gather a base for the retargeting campaigns and also narrowed down our target audiences. In addition, we attracted around 2,300 new users to our website within 5 months.

Our main goal was to create a performance marketing strategy for our brand, which would generate more revenue and find more customers. In terms of Facebook Ads, we agreed to focus on promotion on Facebook and Instagram. It was necessary to focus on the recognisability of the brand, therefore our strategy was built not only for the conversion campaigns. The aspired team tested multiple hypotheses, audiences, advertising texts and creatives. Campaigns were optimized in a timely manner.

Apart from Facebook, they also prepared and tested promotion strategies on LinkedIn and TikTok. When it comes to Google Ads, our main focus was to create and manage Google Ads campaigns that would increase conversions and decrease the cost per conversion for nikalab.

We agreed on using different strategies and techniques to achieve these goals, including testing various keywords and ad variations, creating remarketing campaigns, and analyzing the results to optimize the campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

In terms of Facebook strategy, together with aspired and other marketing activities of our marketing team, we managed to gradually increase brand awareness and find many regular customers. In terms of Google Ads, quite fast after taking over the project the aspired team was able to decrease the cost per conversion by 88% and reduce the CPC by 27%, which was quite impressive for us.

Our business was pretty young when we started cooperation with aspired. We needed to create a full social media marketing strategy for our e-commerce cosmetics store - Veautie. The main goals were to increase the number of sales, and newsletter subscribers as well as get more recognition in the US market.

As has been said above, our key goals were to increase the number of newsletter subscribers, as well as establish our social media on Facebook and Instagram. On Facebook, we didn’t have a registered Business Manager account, while on Google we had an unconfigured Google Analytics account. The aspired. team configured everything and made the needed changes both on Facebook and Google.

Then a performance, as well as content strategies, were prepared. Since there are over 700 items in the store, we agreed that aspired. team would start testing different product categories, advertising texts, and creatives.

When talking about strategy on Google, we agreed on conducting thorough research to identify the most relevant keywords and ad groups for Veautie's products. In terms of Facebook strategy, together with aspired., we’ve run a huge number of tests and have determined the most popular products, which we could later use in scaling campaigns. In terms of Google Ads, only within one month, the aspired. team was able to create and test search campaigns for different products and test different keywords.

Additionally, they assembled a remarketing audience that allows us to target visitors who had previously engaged with the website. When it comes to social media content, a total of 34+ posts were published and continue to be published at an optimal rate.
