Now all of our guys set up goals in Ahundred and HR department tracks al the results and achievements. We start working with OKR system.

Firstly, we had a brief with Artjoker`s manager. This information was needed to make some custumizations in the software and run it correctly regarding our needs. Finally, they provided us with the system and tutored our managers how to work with it.
