• Equip mobile healthcare professionals across ten operational topics - outreach, staffing, disaster response, maternal health, financing and scaling a mobile health centre, and AI - through a structured programme rather than a shelf of one-off recorded webinars.
• Design for field practitioners who will not sit through long-form training: short, practical, mobile-accessible, and reinforced after the live session instead of ending with it.
• Deliver continuously across eighteen months rather than holding everything for a single launch, and build every asset so it migrates cleanly into the LMS MHA had not yet selected.

Project Scope: Artha Learning partnered with the Mobile Healthcare Association to design and develop a series of virtual Masterclasses and companion Microlearning experiences for experienced mobile healthcare leaders and providers. Key Deliverables included:

• Discovery and subject matter expert interviews
• Instructional design plans for each Masterclass 
• Learning objectives, content sequencing, and detailed facilitator guides
• Interactive virtual presentations Polls, chat activities, breakout exercises, and participant application activities 
• Custom Miro boards for collaborative problem-solving and idea generation
• Self-directed Microlearning experiences following each Masterclass
• Practical tools and resources to support workplace application
• Consistent instructional design and participant experience across the series
• Ongoing weekly project management, collaboration, and refinement

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nine masterclasses and microlearnings commissioned through open RFP; a tenth, AI for Mobile Healthcare, added in March 2026 on the strength of the first year's work. MHA expanded the engagement rather than re-tendering it.

MHA's own written review of the engagement in October 2025 recorded consistent on-time delivery and project discipline, and deliverables they described as visually engaging, well structured, and focused on actionable takeaways for immediate application.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Artha Learning’s project management was excellent. From the beginning, they established a clear process, timeline, and expectations for both Artha and our team. We received weekly updates that clearly identified progress, upcoming milestones, and our responsibilities, so I always knew what was needed from me and where we were in the development process. Communication was consistent, responsive, and proactive. Our assigned instructional designer met with us regularly, which provided continuity across the entire series and allowed us to address questions, make adjustments, and keep each Masterclass moving forward on schedule. Artha also did an excellent job coordinating the instructional design process with our subject matter experts. Their discovery calls were focused and purposeful, and they were able to gather the information they needed without placing an unnecessary burden on our SMEs. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I had to manage the project for them. Artha took ownership of the process, kept things moving, clearly communicated what they needed from us, and incorporated feedback along the way. Their organization and follow-through gave me confidence that each project milestone would be completed on time and at a high level of quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about Artha Learning was the **depth of their understanding of how adults actually learn and apply new knowledge**. Having worked in Learning and Development for many years, I could immediately recognize the difference between simply using instructional design terminology and truly understanding instructional design. During our RFP process, we spoke with several organizations that presented fairly basic approaches to virtual training. Artha went much deeper. They didn't just focus on what information needed to be presented; they focused on **what participants needed to do with that information**. They consistently designed learning experiences from the participant's perspective—creating opportunities to interact, think critically, collaborate, practice, and immediately consider how the learning could be applied to their own work. Their use of activities, polls, chat, breakout discussions, and Miro boards made the virtual experience genuinely interactive rather than simply a presentation delivered through a screen. I was also impressed by how well they translated complex subject matter into practical learning experiences without losing the substance of the content. They asked thoughtful questions of our subject matter experts, identified what was most important for participants, and then built meaningful opportunities for application around it. **What makes Artha unique is that they don't just design training—they design for learning and transfer.** They understand that the ultimate measure of a learning experience is not what participants heard during a session, but what they understand, practice, and ultimately do differently as a result.  If you are looking for an instructional design partner that goes beyond the basics, truly understands adult learning and application, and creates engaging learning experiences with the participant in mind, I highly recommend Artha Learning.

I can honestly say, that everything has exceeded my expectations.  We have added an additional masterclass, based on the work of the previous 9 sessions.  We plan to work together again on future projects.

• Build a dedicated Fair Treatment of Customers course so ivari could evidence FTC competence to regulators. FTC was referenced only inside onboarding modules, with no standalone content, and the knowledge sat scattered across compliance, legal, customer service and underwriting.
• Produce one 45-minute module that worked for every employee group without turning generic, covering all 14 FTC principles at a depth that suited compliance, legal, customer service, product and underwriting alike.
• Train underwriters on ivari's own underwriting standards in a separate build, and keep learners current after launch rather than relying on a single annual sitting.

Artha Learning consulted with multiple stakeholders across ivari to create a dedicated Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) eLearning module. This module addressed regulatory requirements and strengthened employee understanding of FTC principles. The course included scenario-based learning and microlearning reinforcement to support practical application and compliance. As FTC content had previously been limited to onboarding materials and dispersed across functions, the module was designed to provide consistent, role-relevant training for employees across the organization. The module was produced to be SCORM compliant and delivered via our internal Learning Management System.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One 45-minute module replaced scattered guidance for four employee groups, covering all 14 FTC principles with link-outs to CCIR/CISRO and AMF guidance so it doubles as a live reference rather than a one-time sitting.

Every build delivered WCAG accessible, with instructional design, media production, project management and one year of post-launch support included in the quoted price rather than billed on top.

ivari worked with Artha Learing on four projects across three years, June 2022 to May 2025, each awarded after the previous one was delivered.

Both the MLS Rules and RMS course followed the same project plan. Artha reviewed my materials and developed a course blueprint. The blueprint was coverted into the actual course with example questions and quizes to ensure learners met the course ojbectives. We went through multiple rounds of testing and revision before arriving at the final versions. The deliverables were the scorm files and course completion certificates. I have also worked with Artha to update teh courses as needed when the MLS Rules and Policies have been amended.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Four engagements over five years, 2021 to 2026, every one a repeat award without ITSO going back to market.

The MLS Rules training was refreshed in 2025-26 as an update rather than a rebuild - the maintainability the original design was built for, proven in practice.

For the 2026 course ITSO chose the fullest option offered: master course plus both in-person and Zoom delivery kits, so a three-person team can run it either way at consistent quality and license it to other facilitators.

An outcomes survey and a 30-day follow-up were built in so ITSO's discipline committee gets behaviour-change evidence rather than attendance counts.

The project manager provided weekly updates of the status of the project and ensured ITSO responded when needed or that Artha completed tasks as needed to deliver the project on time.

Artha is highly responsive to feedback and consistently makes any changes or updates needed for my courses. Its staff demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can transform complex, specialized information—even when it falls outside their usual subject matter—into clear and effective course content. Their open communication and strong project management ensure that projects remain organized and on track.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Artha Learning Inc. could have done differently?

I've been very happy with the service I receive from Artha, which is why I continue to choose them for new projects.
