I’m the founder and CTO of Servolab.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Artemov Studio?

I needed graphic and UI design work done for a website and mobile applications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Artemov Studio has worked on two projects for us. In both projects, they provided designs for Android and iOS mobile apps, logo development, and website design. They're responsible for all the graphics of our store products, such as banners. Their team also handles print production for advertising, designs documents and other things for potential investors, as well as analyzes user activity.

What is the team composition?

Sergii (Owner) is my point of contact. There’s also a tech person as well as someone who works on design reviews.

How did you come to work with Artemov Studio?

I know Sergii from several past projects over the years.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them around April 2017, and our partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of the work is excellent. Artemov Studio implements perfect production.

How did Artemov Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s easy to communicate with Sergii because he understands the customer space. I don’t have to micromanage, and he communicates directly with my team as needed. However, sometimes his communication is a little scattered. We use Microsoft Designer as our project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I enjoy the interactive work we do with their team. They’re great at bringing my ideas to life. Strong production is important, and they deliver on that. Sergii is reliable and stays on schedule. I’m impressed that he gains new skills and experiences that can be applied to our projects every year.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to improve communication. It’s fine and works for me and my small company, but I don’t think they could manage a huge project.

Make sure to be open and communicative by clearly describing what you need.
