What specific goals or objectives did you hire Armada law company to accomplish?

• In connection with entering the European market, our company needed to audit existing contracts and develop a contractual framework that is relevant for the European market. It was important for us to check the contracts for their compliance with both Ukrainian and international legislation, to provide for the protection of confidential information and intellectual property in the contracts.

We had a conference call with CEO Olexandr and lawyer Anastasiia, who presented their company and experience. We discussed urgent tasks, prioritized them. During the conversation, we analyzed the details of business processes in Addlium, specifics of customer relationships, payments and acceptance of work, and the responsibility of the parties under the contract.

The second part of the conversation was devoted to discussing contracts with the team of Addlium. At the end we decided to make audit and development of service agreements with the clients and with the team and such agreements as NDA, NSA, and NCA.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The Armada law company provided our company with high-quality legal support. Lawyers conducted a detailed analysis of the existing contracts in the company, made changes and additions that allowed the company's interests to be protected to the maximum. An equally important stage of work was the adaptation and development of new forms of contracts for working with European clients, taking into account the requirements of European legislation.
• At the stage of business scaling, it is extremely important to have reliable legal support. The final stage was the improvement of contracts with the team. Lawyers conducted an audit of work with confidential information in the company and proposed mechanisms for documentary protection against leakage of confidential information We got the result we expected.
