What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Design of ssytem, including app designs; design integration of app design; admin panel html; app development; deployment. They thought we were saving money by working with a budget-friendly vendor...but we got what we paid for. Bad results and a broken app. Toward the end of our contract, they told us we'd need to pay more to make it functional even though they dragged the experience out and didn't resolve issues in a timely matter. I would not recommend working with this team.

They did not deliver items on time and had poor communication with our team. We went over our delivery timeline by 9 months. They told us working together would be collaborative and they'd provide us guidance along the way to improve our initial wireframes and UX design, they did not. If something wasn't perfectly outlined in the wireframe, they ignored it and never brought it to our attention. Then if we asked for a solve, they upcharged us. Not a great experience and we ended the contract without a properly functioning app.

After working with them, I did not find them impressive or unique. They continued to change our point of contact and the teammates working on our build, so it was hard to work effectively with a changing team that didn't fully understand our project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Apptunix could have done differently?
A true point of contact and project manager.
Reliable meeting times; they often didn't show up.
A true understanding of our project's goals, functionality, and user experience; we didn't realize until much later that the team building out app didn't actually understant its purpose, they were just marking to-dos off their action item list.
Better quality testing. We spent countless hours testing to make sure our edits were received and adjusted only to find more bugs and unresolved issues.
Upcharging us for continued work after not delivering the initial ask.
