Very collaborative. Worked with us to build agile processes to support project needs. Where deadlines were not being met, worked with us to identify the underlying issues and address them so that misses did not recur. We have a very complex environment with very different business needs in different business units. Proactive about adjusting project activities and deliverable for different business units' needs, different timelines, etc.

Extremely deep knowledge of Shiny and supporting technologies, combined with commitment to customers.

I created a real estate site-selection optimization algorithm for my client. I hired Appsilon to build my legacy code into an App that the client could interact with.

Appsilon regularly publishes high-quality content to their blog which I read.

We built and deployed an R Shiny App. 10-week development broken into 2-week sprints.

roughly 5-6. We had a project manager, and 3-4 developers, as well as an account manager. Their CEO frequently checked in as well.

They had exceeded my expectations. They were talented, disciplined, communicative and very helpful clarifying the specifications.

Ability to learn and quickly adapt legacy R code which I had written.
