We wanted to upgrade our website to better reflect our branding.

We have worked with them in the past on multiple projects. They always deliver above and beyond. They are easy to work with and accommodate all of our requests.

Describe the project in detail.

We worked on logo design and brand identity first. Once that was in place, we moved on to web design. Apexure created a bespoke WordPress theme for our site and did all of the development for it.

We started with wireframes for all pages and then moved into design comps and finally onto web development. The created a number of different page layouts, working around our copy and advising on conversion.

They did everything for us soup to nuts including pixel and Google Analytics installation. They got the Dev site installed and into production for us seamlessly. They also handled the integration with our email system so that leads go directly into the CRM.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a brand manager and the owner for major decisions but the day to day was handled by their account manager who interfaced with the design and development staff for us.

Our website is secure, easy to operate, great for new business and easy to add new posts and pages.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project management is good and customized to our needs. They met their turn around times and were flexible based on our needs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their strategy and their ability to execute are impressive. I never ask for anything that they don't immediately help me with. They are great to work with and produce results for us.

I am the CEO/Founder of DocAcquire. DocAcquire is a SaaS that helps businesses to automate their back-office processes which are document-centric and high volume. The whole automation drives efficiency and profits in a business.

DocAcquire heavily relies on inbound marketing. We wanted to scale up our lead generation and bring in high-quality leads to our website, which will fuel our sales pipeline and enable us to close more deals.

How did you select Apexure?

We wanted to partner with a company that will understand our business, customers, and most importantly the market. Apexure turned out to be very resourceful and highly knowledgeable in this space. We also wanted to make sure we pick up the partner who is cost-effective as well - and Apexure ticked the box on that.

They thoroughly looked into our marketing and sales funnels and the overall customer journey from Top to Bottom of the funnel. They advised us to make some tweaks to our existing process which involved how we capture leads, and how we take them through the buying journey.

We had a dedicated Account Manager, Lead Gen, and Marketing Specialist from Apexure.

We have seen growth in our lead gen volume and also better quality leads. This helps us to spend our time on opportunities where we have a better fit with the prospect's pain.

We needed to redesign our site and add marketing automation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They were leading the UX/UI design of our new website and worked in conjunction with our in-house team. They implemented an e-commerce capability, main page, and homepage design, service pages, contact pages, and integration of forms that's important for conversion on our site. They used Adobe XD for the design and integrated ActiveCampaign for marketing automation.

We worked with one project manager, one lead designer, one CRO expert, and an animation lead.

I had worked with them in the past and decided to come back to them when we needed this project done.

We spent approximately $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and we wrapped up in July 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From a design quality perspective, it’s very impressive and we look forward to launching. Results-wise, we can expect a good outcome upon our launch.

How did Apexure perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very strong. The communication was spot-on, regular, clear. We used Slack, email, and Red Pen to collaborate and keep in touch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had a very strong process, wherein they were able to integrate the right resources at the right time.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If they’re looking for a strong vendor to help them with their conversions, look no further. They’re collaborative, and it’ll feel like they’re part of your own team. It’s definitely something a potential client can look forward to.

We were looking for a trustworthy technical partner for web development. We needed someone who meets our standards for strategy, client-service, and meeting deadlines.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide development, design, WordPress sites, landing pages, and ads. Sometimes we’ll work within a tool, and sometimes we’ll start from scratch. The team does wireframes, mockups, design, and coding. They’ve done websites for our clients as well as our own site.

Our main contact is Waseem (Director & CEO), and we also work with a client services manager, some designers, and some coders, too.

How did you come to work with Apexure?

I found Waseem on Twitter and had conversations with him. He did a small project for me, and it grew from there.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2018, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We track KPI’s on everything, from impressions, click-through rates, open-rates, Google analytics, revenue, and leads. The team at Apexure is always given goals as to what we’re shooting for and they work with us, as a team, to make sure we deliver that. We have high conversion rates and open rates on email. We set the bar high for our KPIs and they don’t miss them.

How did Apexure perform from a project management standpoint?

We work together through our project management system. We often meet, communicate electronically, assign tasks, and get deliverables. We’re all working together as a team. We use a combination of emails, BaseCamp, and Zoom tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

For, their willingness to do anything that we ask them to do is impressive. They don’t push back and always go above and beyond, to make sure our goals are met 100%.

The team delivers on-time, they’re flexible, and they listen. They’re indispensable to us. Our teammates are friendly, cooperative, reliable, trustworthy, and cost-effective. I would recommend them to anyone.

DOOR3 is a technology consulting company. We provide technical guidance, software development, and UI/UX to our clients, and I am the CEO.

What challenge were you trying to address with Apexure?

We initially retained their team to do landing pages for us and have since expanded our relationship to include PPC and marketing automation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team handled the process pretty much from end-to-end, with input from us at a few points. They created the copy and creative assets for our HubSpot integrated landing pages as well as took a high-level role in campaign development for those. They also developed our website based on designs that we provided to them using Jekyll.

I asked them to take over our Google PPC consulting from there and they ran with that, and the recently presented to us on marketing automation and convinced us to pull the trigger on that as well.

How did you come to work with Apexure?

I initially met Waseem (Director) through a friend, and we spoke about the possibility of a project. We got along very well then, and I recognized in him the kind of expertise and passion that we were looking for, so we decided to move forward from there.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of the projects has been around $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started working with them in April 2019 and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We recommend their team to anybody and everybody. The results that we’ve seen from the collaboration are outstanding, from the tremendous improvements in our own page speed and marketing performance to the satisfaction of the clients who work with them on PPC. We really went from terrible performance in a lot of those areas to doing really well, so we are totally pleased with them.

How did Apexure perform from a project management standpoint?

For the most part, we work within his solutions, which most often means Trello, but they are also willing to integrate into our Jira boards or other internal solutions when we ask them to. Our teams hold at least weekly project check-in meetings to make sure that we are always on the same page, and we’ve found those to be very effective.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Waseem and his team bring a truly unique creativity, energy, and commitment to all of the work they do. They are great people to work within every regard, and it’s really just nice to be working with someone who you think so highly of.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everyone can improve in some way, but from a practical perspective, we’re completely satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

He is an excellent listener and really puts effort into understanding the businesses of his clients, so I don’t think there’s anything specific that you need to do to be successful with him. We haven’t had any of the typical challenges you can run into with third-party vendors with them.

Sometimes quality is compromised for speed. Moreso underlying code being kept clean/ up to date. Providing proactive feedback on where things can be improved on landing pages that might not be so visible to clients.

The time zone difference creates a little fricition but hasn't prevented us from hitting our timelines.
They make time to jump on calls.
Sometimes the landing pages are formatted weird on the first delivery so we provide feedback on what needs to be changed. Would be great if they took more time on quality assurance.
