Apexure took the time to learn about our business, helped us understand what we needed to do (rebrand) to really succeed in our space, created two landing pages for us while we waited for the website to be complete, shared progress updates consistently via Slack or email, met with us biweekly. 

They gave us marketing advice outside of just the scope of the new website, took our feedback to heart, and worked with us on the copy of the website while finishing a beautifully designed website that we know we'll use for years.

It's too soon to say because we just launched the new website. But we've gotten great feedback about our rebrand and are already owning the first page of Google for our brand name.

Primarily to help build out landing pages that were beyond our skillsets. Eventually we leaned into both backend and frontend design utilizing APIs. The most recent project is one of true immensity and complexion but will position us to be one of only 3-4 companies that offer this.

We did not have any particular measurable outcomes outlined. After working with them for a while, we learned to trust their process and their work. We have no indications thus far of anything subpar. Sure, some designs may not be the right fit the first time, but Apex and the team have been nothing short of amazing with how they work with us and LISTEN to design ideas and desires from our clients.

Again, we never really set specific timeframes for projects. We trusted the process. Some projects have desirable due dates, but Apex and the team have always delivered well ahead of expectations.

1. Carry out a complete audit of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO components to provide recommendations and fulfilment of any gaps (in best practice) for future improvements.
2. Define gaps and identify opportunities in existing content strategy, for new content pages (where relevant/appropriate) etc. based on target market and product.
3. Audit the existing keyword maps, including any cannibalisation of current keyword use, priority keywords, and overall strategy. 
4. Record SERP placement for priority pages and identify opportunities within the content for optimisation resulting in improvement of the SERP position.

The team were fantastic at keeping themselves on track and working at pace through their strategy and monthly objectives. Incredibly organised with documenting information and keeping everything in one place so it's easily accessible.

Very in-depth knowledge of SEO, and incredibly capable of explaining the more technical elements in simplicity for those clients that need that broader outline. They were very motivated to move towards completing their objectives and making sure things are moving forwards.

A bit more transparency with their progress on the focuses/priority tasks. The team are incredibly independent so sometimes it's easy to leave them to it and trust they're executing everything without necessarily being involved. It's a fantastic attribute to have but also helpful to be in the know without needing to reach out and ask.

We asked Apexure to build a new B2B Demo Request landing page to replace our current (and very outdated) landing page. The page was to be built using Unbounce and was to include a new form that was more streamlined than our current form.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• New landing page. Apexure walked us through the entire process from wireframe to mockup to finished page. The new landing page incorporates best practices, customer testimonials, and provides a compelling story for users. The new landing page is set up on Unbounce and integrated with our Marketing automation platform. 
• New form on the landing page. Apexure built a new, simplified form for the new landing page. The new form incorporated the dependent logic from our current form and, most importantly, is completely visible above the fold. The Apexure team walked us through the process of integrating the form with our marketing automation platform.

Our project manager, Afriyaz, was phenomenal. He responded within 24 hours to all emails. He team completed the wireframes and mockups within 1-3 days, which greatly exceeded my expectations. We had a lot of edits and questions when the page was built on Unbounce and Afriyaz was always an amazing partner. 

He was (extremely) patient with our requests and helped us achieve the full scope of our project. I can't say enough positive things about Afriyaz regarding his professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise.

Speed. Apexure was so quick in everything they turned around, without any sacrifice to the quality of their work. They produced amazing wireframes within 1-2 days and then full mockups a few days later. The Unbounce page was built a few days later and incorporated all of our feedback. I was amazed at how quick their turnaround times were and how responsive they were on a daily basis.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Apexure could have done differently?

NO. They were amazing partners and produced an amazing end product. Their customer service and responsiveness were best-in-class and it was a pleasure working with them from beginning to end.

20 outstanding landing pages which are already increasing our traffic and conversion rates delivered on time and within budget. Excellent work.

We hired Apexure to design and develop a sales and marketing site that worked well with the existing suite of NEJM Group products and services. We had a very tight timeline.

How did you select Apexure and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at several companies we had worked with in the past. We knew of Apexure because we work with a marketing consultant who had outsourced a number of landing pages to Apexure to design and build.

We chose Apexure because they were both affordable and could meet our tight timeline; they did not try to make the project bigger than it needed to be.

We had a series of discovery meetings and handed over to them a site architecture as well as outline of the page elements. We began with wireframes then quickly turned to design and then development.

They also created five beautiful custom graphics for us to help us visualize some of the processes discussed on the site.

I only ever worked with the Director of the company but there was a design and development team behind him.

We launched less than a week ago so I do not have metrics yet. The Director of sales said it was our best website yet in terms of flow and look and feel.

We had weekly meetings but mostly communicated via email, comments on Red Pen, and Slack. Apexure met their deadlines and even delivered early.

They've delivered a quality product on time and had infinite patience with us. They are trying out various versions of imagery for the site. They listened to what we wanted and delivered a beautiful site quickly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the first time in 14 years we have a steady stream of leads and can now measure the accurate cost of each new client we gain. We have also gained a lot of knowledge to use in house to continue developing and improving this area of our marketing.

Workflow and communication was excellent with the use of Trello to track outstanding tasks on both ends.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The best thing about this relationship was the enthusiasm and flexibility show by Waseem as it was not a typical assignment with him doing all the work. We will definitely use Apexure again in the future.
