The scope of work was to help us rethink, structure, and design GreatPeople V2 across both the enterprise web platform and the frontline mobile experience.

Anyday Design was brought in not just to execute UI design, but to act as a strategic product design partner. The work required understanding the complexity of GreatPeople as a unified CXM, ORM, and People Intelligence platform, then translating that into a clean, usable, and scalable product experience.

The key deliverables included:

Product discovery and design direction
Helping us revisit the product from the ground up, clarify the user journeys, challenge assumptions, and apply the learnings from previous versions into a stronger V2 direction. 

Enterprise web platform design
Designing the core web experience for business users, including managers, executives, CX teams, operations teams, HR, and reputation/brand teams. This included dashboards, workflows, feedback views, reputation management areas, people intelligence views, and action-oriented management experiences.

Frontline mobile app experience
Designing a dynamic mobile experience for frontline employees and managers, focused on performance visibility, recognition, coaching, reflection, and day-to-day engagement.

User experience and product logic
Translating complex workflows into simple, clear, and intuitive experiences, ensuring that the product was not only visually clean but also valuable, actionable, and practical for real users. 

Design system and visual language
Establishing a clean, modern, and consistent visual direction that could support an enterprise software product while still feeling human, accessible, and easy to use.

Iterative collaboration and product refinement

Working closely with us through feedback cycles, product discussions, and design iterations to refine the experience and make sure the final output reflected both the business vision and the needs of the users.

Overall, Anyday Design helped us move from a complex product vision into a clearer, more structured, and better-designed product experience across web and mobile.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest measurable outcome was clarity. Anyday Design helped us move from a complex and unclear V2 direction into a structured, enterprise-ready product experience across web and mobile.

We now have defined user journeys, clearer product flows, a stronger design system, and a more actionable foundation for development. Just as importantly, the work helped us regain confidence that GreatPeople’s product experience now reflects the value we want to deliver: connecting customer experience, reputation, and people performance into one actionable platform.

Their project management was very collaborative, responsive, and structured. Anyday team were so efficient, easy to work with, listened closely, challenged when needed, and adapted quickly as the product direction evolved. it all started with an Audit and peers comparison along with internal players.... Anydays design were able to pin point the items that could be further enhanced... then Anyday design was given a pilot project and they were able to deliver on time with very high quality, that was approved by product team. 

overall. the communication, engagement, discussions and advisary along with speed of delivery made our delivery very smooth.

on time and they are available a message away.. we even request thing to be done on sunday which is a weekend and they will happyly pick it up and deliver.

the team does not mind changing course halfway in case it's in the best interest of our company. no push backs at all.. all within best practices of UXUI and favoring our company offering.

overall we are happy with the services offered as a package.... at early stage of the enaggement we had to give them what we are looking for, post that each project is now delivered with very minimum instructions. we hand them hard business requiremnts and they will come back with a proper digital experience and with different prototypes, then we discuss and afterwhich it moves to a UI. very structured process.

1. UI/UX Design
Anyday will develop an intuitive, user-friendly interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the Cence app, which will include:

• Complete design of all app screens, focusing on easy navigation and user engagement.

• Ensuring accessibility compliance, creating a seamless experience for all users.
• Conducting usability testing to refine the interface based on real user feedback and behaviour.

2. Design Strategy Consultation
Anyday will provide consultation services to define and refine Cence's overall design strategy, including:

• Analysing user personas and journeys to align the design with the expectations of target users.
• Offering recommendations for feature prioritisation based on user needs and business objectives.

3. Mobile App Design

5. Brand Identity
A key deliverable will be the creation of a cohesive and strong brand identity for Cence, which will include:

We engaged AnyDay to help expedite the production of high fidelity wireframes using our existing design system. Along the way, we expanded the scope to have them carry out benchmarking and exploration of design flows and visual concepts.

The high-definition key screens were well-received by our business stakeholders and leadership team, and provided a perfect base for technical feasibility studies and user testing

The scope of work was delivered on time, in full, with the team demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills. We collaborated and coordinated extensively over Figma and Slack. AnyDay and OSC work using Scrum/Agile, using tools like Figma and Slack. Our design teams were also to work very well and smoothly in real-time over Figma, and the AnyDay team was super responsive on both Slack and Figma. I could not ask for a better team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nathan has brought a very unique and effective pool of talent together for this project. They have an excellent understanding of how benchmarking and best practice studies are done, and Fanni demonstrated her ability to grasp the nuances of the business ask, develop core UX principles with our design lead, and utilized our design system effectively.

I was also very impressed with the level of transparency and availability, and the fact that my team and I did not have to spend time handholding them through basics, and instead spent more time in exploration and refinement of the flows and key screen designs

Defintely not - they were everything I expected and needed from a team of this caliber.
