What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

it all started with an Audit and peers comparison along with internal players.... Anydays design were able to pin point the items that could be further enhanced... then Anyday design was given a pilot project and they were able to deliver on time with very high quality, that was approved by product team. 

overall. the communication, engagement, discussions and advisary along with speed of delivery made our delivery very smooth.

on time and they are available a message away.. we even request thing to be done on sunday which is a weekend and they will happyly pick it up and deliver.

the team does not mind changing course halfway in case it's in the best interest of our company. no push backs at all.. all within best practices of UXUI and favoring our company offering.

overall we are happy with the services offered as a package.... at early stage of the enaggement we had to give them what we are looking for, post that each project is now delivered with very minimum instructions. we hand them hard business requiremnts and they will come back with a proper digital experience and with different prototypes, then we discuss and afterwhich it moves to a UI. very structured process.

1. UI/UX Design
Anyday will develop an intuitive, user-friendly interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the Cence app, which will include:

• Complete design of all app screens, focusing on easy navigation and user engagement.
• Creation of visual elements such as buttons, icons, and transitions to improve interactivity.
• Ensuring accessibility compliance, creating a seamless experience for all users.
• Conducting usability testing to refine the interface based on real user feedback and behaviour.

2. Design Strategy Consultation
Anyday will provide consultation services to define and refine Cence's overall design strategy, including:

• Analysing user personas and journeys to align the design with the expectations of target users.
• Offering recommendations for feature prioritisation based on user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure design choices meet both brand and functional goals.
• Ensuring the scalability of the design to support future app features and growth.

3. Mobile App Design
Anyday will focus on creating a mobile-optimised design for Cence, including:

• Designing for both iOS and Android platforms, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
• Ensuring a cohesive user experience across different devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
• Optimising the app’s performance with attention to loading times, smooth animations, and responsiveness.

4. Figma Prototypes
Anyday will produce interactive, detailed prototypes using Figma to visualise and test the app design before full development, including:

• Clickable prototypes that replicate real app behaviour, allowing stakeholders to experience the app’s flow and functionality.
• Prototypes used in usability testing to identify potential design improvements before development begins.
• Collaborative features in Figma, enabling the Cence team to provide direct feedback and comments for real-time iteration.

5. Brand Identity
A key deliverable will be the creation of a cohesive and strong brand identity for Cence, which will include:

• Designing a logo, colour palette, typography, and other visual assets that reflect Cence's core values and mission.
• Developing a comprehensive brand guideline document that outlines rules for logo usage, tone of voice, and brand presentation across different mediums.

We engaged AnyDay to help expedite the production of high fidelity wireframes using our existing design system. Along the way, we expanded the scope to have them carry out benchmarking and exploration of design flows and visual concepts.

The high-definition key screens were well-received by our business stakeholders and leadership team, and provided a perfect base for technical feasibility studies and user testing

The scope of work was delivered on time, in full, with the team demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills. We collaborated and coordinated extensively over Figma and Slack. AnyDay and OSC work using Scrum/Agile, using tools like Figma and Slack. Our design teams were also to work very well and smoothly in real-time over Figma, and the AnyDay team was super responsive on both Slack and Figma. I could not ask for a better team.

Nathan has brought a very unique and effective pool of talent together for this project. They have an excellent understanding of how benchmarking and best practice studies are done, and Fanni demonstrated her ability to grasp the nuances of the business ask, develop core UX principles with our design lead, and utilized our design system effectively.

I was also very impressed with the level of transparency and availability, and the fact that my team and I did not have to spend time handholding them through basics, and instead spent more time in exploration and refinement of the flows and key screen designs

Are there any areas for improvement or something Anyday Design could have done differently?

Defintely not - they were everything I expected and needed from a team of this caliber.
