I'm the BD Head for International Subsidiaries doing business in India, my responsibilities are to design turnaround solutions for companies doing business in India and help them get success.

For what projects/services did your company hire ANTZ Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?

We started to focus on international subsidiaries doing business in India who were challenged by the pressures India market. We needed help to build engagement within our current marketing processes and specially drive towards higher conversion through e-mails to build interest in our target audience.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for experts who have worked in the e-mail marketing. We met Andrew in a live session curated by a Business group. Our deciding factors were:

1. expert in e-mails
2. experience in B2B e-mails
3. Willingness to experiment with different mailing platforms
4. Technically sound

Andrew presented the problem statement and issue clearly, logically & was forthcoming with the way he would approach the situation. We agreed to do a pilot and results proved that our decision was right.

1. Discovery phase we shared our services, target audience and current challenges we experienced. We also shared existing e-mail marketing content to find improvements. This was the key for setting up "7-day email challenge' outcome of which would be to set up an entire e-mail workflow to build engagement / interest within our target audience.
2. We agreed on the mailing platform to use and how it will be integrated with e-mails, calendars and website to monitor traffic and conversion rates. Our contact list was verified for bounce rates, check against spam before initiating the campaigns - a massive positive for us.
3. Drafted e-mail content and prioritized how the content should be sequenced to drive attention and interest with a clear 'call to action' in every campaign. We agree on the focus for the month and Andrew helps us write relevant content, sometimes even with very limited internal collaterals on the subject.
4. Andrew reviews the results on a weekly basis to recommend readjustments to the process and content to get better results
5. We are currently migrated to Plezi after using Mailerlite, and different plug-ins for Calendly to be synced with outlook.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The email campaign project phase gave us very encouraging results - successfully got 4 leads in the first 3 months of our campaign (which in the context of B2B consulting sales for a niche target audience is impressive). We understand that our engaged will only deepen with our contacts over next few months. Which would be a good point to see conversions to contracts! Another good indicator is our "rate of unsubscribed" has drastically reduced.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have monthly e-meetings to go through the month's campaign performance and next months' plan. Andrew is on a call / whatsapp almost daily to bounce of ideas, share feedback or quick check-ins. He is available at our (India) working time to ensure queries are handled promptly. Andrew is extremely responsive and goes beyond his engagement to resolve technical issues within marketing & IT teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a great sounding board for all our digital marketing needs. They bring a sound business understanding and deep knowledge of each part that needs to fit in well to achieve our results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We could have decided on the pre-qualification process prior to initiating our e-mail campaigns, but a lot of ground got covered as we learn from Andrew.

I am the founder of the learning centre. I as the Principal of the learning centre is so occupied with the running of the centre to do any serious social media branding until I found Andrew from Antz.

We wanted a solid presence in social media to do our branding, we had a web designer years ago but that company didn't perform well. We would like a modern and interactive website with up-to-date info on our centre.

Andrew held many zoom sessions with me to understand my needs and he was very patient with my slowness to providing the necessary info and photos for him. He explains the whole package to me so that it meets my needs.
