They provided a complete UI/UX design with a clear structure for content and calls-to-action.

 I led the project from Navya Entertainments, with support from our internal marketing and operations team. We reviewed design iterations through shared links and online review calls, giving feedback on layout, content sections, and the overall luxury event brand feel we wanted for New Jersey clients.

Feedback cycles were handled well, and each round of changes brought the design closer to what we had in mind.

 Nothing major. As with any creative project, a few extra examples at the start for different visual directions might have helped us decide even faster, but overall the process and final result were very good.

Our main goals were to simplify complex B2B travel booking flows, make it easy for agents to search, compare, and book, and create a clear structure for modules like hotels, markets, rooms, rates, offers, supplements, bookings, CRM, and users/agents. We also wanted the UI/UX to become a solid blueprint for the development phase so our engineering team could build a scalable travel technology platform on top of it.

Success criteria (KPIs or expectations):
We expected a consistent, easy-to-navigate UI, well-structured UX flows for all B2B travel modules, clear documentation for each journey, and a responsive design that works well for agents across devices. Another key success factor was clarifying our own requirements during the UI/UX phase so that the upcoming build of the travel portal and booking engine would be smoother and less error-prone

Anglara delivered end-to-end UI/UX for our B2B travel portal, including research, detailed wireframes, user flows, and final high-fidelity UI screens. They also provided documentation and notes on logic, edge cases, and module connections so our internal team and future development team can understand how the portal should behave.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a complete, well-structured UI/UX design and documentation for our B2B travel portal. The flows are clear, the portal structure is ready for development, and many confusing areas in our initial concept are now well-defined and easier to implement.

Before, our travel portal idea was powerful but not fully clear in terms of flows, modules, and agent journeys. After working with Anglara, we have a refined, user-centric design for our B2B travel booking engine, with intuitive navigation for agents, clearly separated modules for hotels, rates, offers, supplements, bookings, CRM, and user management, and a much more scalable foundation for future development.

Qualitative feedback (user feedback, internal team comments, etc.):
 Internally, our team feels much more confident about taking this into development. The documentation, flows, and screens make it easy to explain the portal to new stakeholders and to potential tech partners. The design makes complex B2B travel scenarios easier to understand, and we can already see that travel agents will have a far smoother experience using the new portal.

Their combination of BA + UI/UX was very powerful for a travel technology project like this. They used structured discovery sessions, live design revisions on calls, and clear documentation alongside Figma designs. The team anticipated many issues before we did and proposed solutions that balanced UX, business rules, and future development needs.

Their ability to simplify a very complex B2B travel system into something user-friendly was the most impressive part. Dhaval and his team were proactive, patient, and detail-oriented. They didn’t just “draw screens” – they genuinely helped us think through business rules, edge cases, and how travel agents and corporate clients would actually use the portal in real life.

The overall project took longer than originally expected, but this was largely due to the complexity of our own requirements and delays in our internal feedback on some modules. Beyond that, we don’t have any major complaints.

As mentioned, we needed to address numerous tech SEO issues flagged by Google Search Console and SEMrush. I’m not a tech person, but there were a lot of errors that needed fixing to ensure our site could be indexed properly. The main problem was that our site pages weren’t getting indexed, so we had to clear the path for Google and other search engine crawlers.

The scope of work included a thorough audit to identify all technical SEO issues, followed by implementing solutions to resolve them. This involved optimizing the website’s structure, improving page load speeds, fixing broken links, and ensuring proper use of meta tags. 

Anglara Digital Solutions also worked on improving the sitemap and enhancing the overall crawlability of the site. They used various technologies and tools, including WordPress plugins, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, to achieve these goals. Finally, we managed to eliminate all the errors and significantly improve our site's health.

The results from working with Anglara Digital Solutions were impressive and measurable. We saw a substantial improvement in our site's performance and SEO metrics. Specifically, our pages' indexing issues were resolved 100%, This improvement positively impacted our organic search traffic.

Additionally, our Google Search Console reports showed a significant reduction in errors and warnings, and our SEMrush health score improved a lot.
