Anfimau Industry Solutions team has been involved in business analysis, software architecture and development and testing. The deliverables of the project:

• High test coverage of UI functionality with unit and e2e tests
• Development of shared reusable libraries for various cloud services, which have increased the reliability and performance of the system
• Automated infrastructure provisioning via infrastructure as code
• Automated integration and e2e tests: an emulator service has been developed to build and simulate the application, verify edge cases and generate high load
• QA automation
• Introduction of tiered production support process
• Regularly updated and maintained the newest LTS versions of .NET Core and npm, introduction of automated vulnerabilities scans
• Implementation of real time updates, using web sockets and improved to support high frequency updates

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to our vendor’s deep business understanding, previously non-existent business logic was designed and implemented that eliminated nearly 99% of transaction failures and made the remaining failures quickly evident and easily fixable.

We are very satisfied with the work Anfimau Industry Solutions has performed for us. All the project increments have been delivered within the given timelines; Anfimau’s engineers are highly skilled, accessible, and responsive. Their employees have been fully integrated into an agile Scrum team. All of them are team-oriented workers which are easy to place into an international, cross-locational team. They have significantly contributed to all project achievements.

All team members have shown a high level of flexibility and respect to all opinions in decision-making.
