We supported a B2B mobility solutions provider in building and executing a full go-to-market strategy for the DACH region from the ground up. This included developing a comprehensive marketing strategy with ICP definition, messaging, and campaign planning – paired with a full website relaunch as the central digital presence. In parallel, we implemented HubSpot as the backbone for lead management, marketing automation, and performance reporting. Ongoing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns drove visibility and lead generation, supported by SEO/GEO-optimized content assets. Throughout the engagement, we acted as a strategic and operational partner, aligning quarterly on goals and continuously optimising across all channels

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Established a sustainable GTM system generating a continuous inflow of qualified leads via Google and LinkedIn. New website launched as the central digital presence for DACH go-to-market. HubSpot configured with lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline automation.

Weekly meetings were held to follow-up on the different steps of the project. Preps were always on time and accurate and secured the success of the collaboration.

We always had conversations on the same level, they really picked us up, where we were with the different projects, also internationally with colleagues in the NL.

I’m the lead business development manager for SAP cloud at PART Business Solution, a specialized ERP provider and SAP gold partner. We help medium-sized companies in the chemistry, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, and enjoyment industries with ERP, DMS, and CRM solutions for process optimization.

What challenge were you trying to address with andweekly?

We needed help winning our first SAP cloud ERP project and generating marketing-qualified leads for it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

andweekly has taken over the complete marketing for our two SAP cloud products: SAP cloud ERP and SAP sales and service cloud. We create content together with their team, design it, and support the preparation and follow-up of webinars. The content includes LinkedIn posts, LinkedIn banners, information booklets (three per industry), an internal sales playbook, and white papers.

We don’t have any measurable outcomes yet, but the webinar attendance has been very good. andweekly has done a great job promoting it, and we’ve held it on PART’s side.

Everything has been great. andweekly’s team is always helpful and responds quickly. They identify problems and address them in meetings, taking the time to do so. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Monika and Sven have been outstanding. This is the first time I’ve worked with a marketing agency, so I’m impressed by the smooth collaboration.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d like more creative marketing ideas that go beyond the known marketing tools in the B2B area. I’d also like more creative slogans and social media posts.

I'm the marketing lead of Contovista, a data-driven multibanking and analysis solutions company for financial institutions. We are the market leader for AI-based finance management solutions and data analytcis in Switzerland.

We needed support with thought leadership and go-to-market (GTM) strategy establishment. We also needed help with HubSpot setup, maintenance, personalization, automation, and performance measurement.
