Analog Digital Solution helped us with branding, including logo, colors, brand name, guidelines, tag lines, and more. They did UI design for an application using Figma. The app was a platform that allowed our customers to shop for groceries.

Additionally, they provided a strategy for launching into the market.

We worked with five people: a brand strategist who was also our main point of contact, a copywriter, a creative director, a project manager, and a UI designer.

We worked together from September 2021–January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t released anything to market yet. They finished the UI design, so the app is in development now.

In general, they did a great job, and we’re satisfied. We did user research with roughly 2,000 people, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with the brand being called memorable.

They delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. Analog Digital Solution was transparent throughout the project, with everything visible on Trello.

We communicated via phone and video calls.

They had expertise with startups and did an excellent job with branding and design.

No, there wasn’t anything.

I’m the founder of Shril Events. Customers can book with us online if they want to celebrate a birthday, organize a corporate meeting, or held any other kind of event. We get in charge of things like the decorations, the DJ, or the photographer. We essentially take care of every aspect of our customers’ events from start to finish.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Analog Digital Solution helped me design and define each aspect of my business, including my business cards and letterhead. They understood what I wanted, and according to that, they were able to give me the best solution. They also created my logo according to my requirements. They gave me a lot of design options, and we had several meetings to define all of my branding elements.

Currently, we’re working on my social media marketing. Analog Digital Solution writes some content for my website, but they’re looking to hire a good content writer so that they can create a lot more content for me.

Analog Digital Solution is a small company, so I would suggest that they grow step by step. They could get some more employees and take on as many projects as they can.

We had just started our company, and we were looking for a local agency to create our website and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Analog Digital spearheaded our branding efforts which include creating our brand colors, brand guidelines, and typography. They also helped us with our naming and logo needs. Additionally, they designed print collateral such as banners and ID cards.

The team also created our WordPress site, and they built an AdSense revenue distribution feature for the bloggers on our platform using PHP. We launched our site in September 2020. They now provide social media marketing services, and they continue to maintain our site.

Analog Digital has completed our site within two months, and they’ve produced high-quality work.

How did Analog Digital Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a discovery call with Rahul in Google Meet. It was quite long, but it was good. We went through a lot of details such as identifying who our target audience was. At first, we were slightly concerned that they were asking so many questions. However, they told us that they do that with all of their clients. 

After seeing positive results from their work, we’ve been happy. They’ve also delivered on time. In addition, even if we don’t use any project management software, they give us their reports through Google Sheets.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re super friendly and nice, unlike other agencies. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see other improvements other than them shortening their discovery process. Overall, they deliver what their client wants. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Determine what you need for your product, and share that with Analog Digital. In addition, don’t give them revisions one at a time. In our experience, we’ve given them revisions one by one. Though they’ve been nice about it, they’ve also complained a bit. That’s because our contract mentions that they can only do three revisions before they charge us extra for their additional work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Analog Digital first did research on our organization and our offline work, and they studied what I was looking for. They then built my site on WordPress using custom PHP coding. In terms of material, I provided raw photos related to my organization. One of the functionalities of the site is the ability of our visitors to register and donate on the site. Their information is then traced to our dashboard. Analog Digital also provided SEO services to make the website searchable.

Analog Digital provided what I needed. I’ve shown the site to a lot of people, and they all liked it. It looks cool and has all the functionalities our organization requires. Furthermore, I’m now ranking first on Google and we’ve gotten good traffic.

They performed excellently. They delivered on time and met all my objectives for the site. The communication was mostly over Skype calls.
