We received a dedicated account manager (Nameeta) who was the point of contact for all aspects of the account. She project managed the campaigns, the account strategy and pulled in other resources as required. She is exceptionally dedicated to the project and has put a great deal of effort into fixing and building this piece of our business.

AMZ Prep provided a distribution hub to help drive our business through Canada on the Amazon.ca marketplace. They were responsible for the receipt of goods, booking in goods accurately and in a timely fashion, product prep, repalletizing and preparing outbound shipments to be inbounded to FBA Canada. AMZ Prep also has provided us an efficient location for returned merchandise and gives us a hub for reverse logistics.
