They also helped us redesign our packaging to cut damage rates.

They have proper infrastructure for bulky items instead of figuring it out as they go. Their warehouse team actually knows furniture. You can see it in the results.

Onboarding took four weeks when they said three. It would've been nice to have a more realistic timeline upfront, though the extra week was worth getting it right.
