They get freight from our manufacturers, inspect everything, store it properly, do custom packaging with corner protection, coordinate white glove delivery for some items, and handle returns.
They also helped us redesign our packaging to cut damage rates.

Damage rates went from 12% to under 2% in two months. Customer satisfaction jumped from 3.8 to 4.6 stars.
Returns down 40%. We're saving about $8,000 a month just on replacements.

Onboarding took four weeks when they said three. It would've been nice to have a more realistic timeline upfront, though the extra week was worth getting it right.
