What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project achieved a significant reduction in order processing times and completely eliminated inventory sync errors. Additionally, product page conversion rates and overall sales volume saw steady, measurable growth. We reduced order fulfillment to under 24 hours, achieved 99% inventory sync accuracy, and boosted sales volume by 20%. We also achieved fewer abandoned carts, shorter supplier lead times, and a significant decrease in product return rates.

Are there any areas they could improve?

While their technical execution was excellent, initial communication regarding supplier integration timelines could have been slightly more proactive. However, they quickly adjusted their reporting schedule to keep us seamlessly updated moving forward.
