I was fortunate to find Amrood Labs as I believe now believe that they may have been one of the only firms in the world who had the skill sets, demeanor and resilience to get the job completed SUCCESSFULY! Basically, it required taking a web site out of "mothballs" that was built on Ruby on Rails V3 and upgrade it to V8. Some other firms said it was an impossible task. But not Amrood Labs and I truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism from every member of the team throughout the project. We are now continuing forward with new and exciting innovations based on our upgrade and stabilization platform work. Thank you to the great team at Amrood Labs!

Their hard work, resilience and professionalism. They supplied a team of professionals that worked diligently towards the common vision and goal. They brought forth a structured methodology that provided a framework for success. In addition, they were great listeners who could take my vision and deliver it effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Amrood Labs could have done differently?

There is nothing I can think of that I did not like. They were professional and even when some minor deadlines were not achieved, they owned it and communicated the reasons along with an updated plan going forward. This was greatly appreciated.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Amrood Labs has built our entire software solution, including CRM, customer messaging, AI customer updates, parts management and ordering, calendar features, and scheduling. The team has created a system that stores customer job data, such as estimates, repair photos, and invoices. Additionally, the software can automatically text and email customers and insurance adjusters using AI.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Amrood Labs has completed the features to build a working product. Users have found the software easy to use, and the UI/UX is very intuitive. Overall, it's a much more modern offering than the competition, thanks to the extensive use of AI to eliminate time. We've saved hours per user per week, especially in customer communication.

Their camaraderie and flexibility are impressive.

They could complete tasks a little faster. One project took six months, and it set us back.
