I’m the executive of My Specialty Dentist, a dental directory that focuses on difficult and complex cases.

What challenge were you trying to address with Amplifyed?

We had an incredibly difficult situation where we had close to 300,000 pages, and our SEO was a nightmare.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Amplifyed first provided us with a consultation. They gave us an in-depth analysis and a game plan. Before meeting with them, we hired a couple of SEO consultants and an overseas agency. Amplifyed provided us with the most concrete runway of if this, then that. The team has delivered reports, strategy, SEO fixes, and content restructuring recommendations. Amplifyed has also helped us ensure we’re seen accurately by AI and GEO considerations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When Amplifyed started working, our ratings dropped off. If they weren’t so good at setting expectations, we would’ve lost our minds. Just like they said, our ratings started to climb, our search impressions started yielding a higher click-through rate, and our domain authority rose. We’re now getting around 900 clicks per day from Google, and a majority of those clicks are higher intent clicks. We’re also getting around 1 million impressions per month, and those numbers are continuing to climb. Our keyword rankings have significantly improved; we’re now ranking for 11,000 key phrases, and it was less than 10% of that before starting to work with Amplifyed. We’ve also seen an increase in leads as a result of higher quality traffic, which has allowed us to be better positioned for outreach and growth.

How did Amplifyed perform from a project management standpoint?

Amplifyed’s management style is very transparent. We haven’t been caught off guard and have a good understanding of what’s happening next and the next 2–3 steps. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Amplifyed’s attention to detail and precision in strategy were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish their services cost less, but we get what we pay for.
