Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a Software Development Service company that provides service for OEM and Tier1 in the automotive domain. I am VP of Business Development responsible for multiple ongoing project in our company.

For many of our customers we need to help in development HMI for both clusters and infotainment system. There is big variety of frameworks available in the market and each has its own advantages and disadvantage. We need to have trusted partners who help us in delivery best quality solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Altia offers a model-based GUI development toolchain to help companies rapidly develop the best user interface from artist’s imagination to final product with any hardware from tiny MCUs in your microwave to modern ARMv8 CPUs in-vehicle clusters, head-up displays, and IVI systems as well as safety-critical applications like medical equipment.

By providing powerful, professional-grade embedded GUI development tools, they help create, customer-focused designers and software engineers worldwide to deploy game-changing user interfaces for various domains such as Consumer Electronics, IoT, Automotive, and Medical devices.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We were working to help various OEMs and Tier1s to build advanced Cluster HMI and complicated infotainment applications for various SW and HW systems and make their integration in vehicles following all industrial standards (such as ASPICE).

There were at least 4 people involved from Altia side, including project manager and software Architect.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Solution provided by Altia for GUI development is one of the best on the market allowed as to have both amazing graphics and performance in the end solution and good optimisation of efforts required for development.

Altia is a highly professional team in terms of the processes involved in all aspects of their business. They provide good flexibility, while keep high standard of quality required in Automotive domain.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Altia people - this is key of their success. Their team spirit and moral level is on highest level which help them to get perfect results. We were able to build honest and trusted relationship with Altia team.
