The scope of work entailed creation of a software application which would facilitate the online delivery of trainings and also provides the users with various options like contacting the trainers, recording the training sessions and replaying them at their will , uploading and downloading the training documents. Providing a way to make the fee payments via the app.

• Simultaneous successful logins by more than 200 students 
• Uninterrupted streaming of the training to more than 200 students 
• Clean storage and quick downloads of the recordings 
• Exchange of documents via the app without distorting the format and fonts
• Seamless financial transactions via the app

Their project management was fairly straightforward and transparent. The work breakdown structure that they created enabled us to identify a few gaps in our understanding of the whole project which was plugged by us in time and also led to some value addition to the whole project. We were short of time and "budget". :) Alphaclick supported us on both the items and surpassed the timelines for the milestones almost every time.
The quotation , quality and service that we got from them was the best as compared to the other quotes we got from other vendors.

Their work culture aligns closely with us in terms of transparency , result oriented approach and the ability to say a courteous "NO" to something which is out of the scope of the project. They never lost touch with us on the progress of the project and we never had to chase them for updates and current status. The key differentiator for them is the effective and regular communication with us.

We asked Alphaklick to create a web app that would connect school leaders who needed advice on specific issues with other school leaders who had expertise in that area. We wanted a very simple but secure sign up process.

I have worked with the founder of AlphaKlick before on a different educational app. The experience was quite positive and I wanted to again partner with them on this project.
