For what projects/services did your company hire Alpha Ground, and what were your goals?

Our goals to produce one brand video and five product videos for Deeom Cosmetics in order to create brand awareness in worldwide.

How did you select Alpha Ground and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for video productions in google search, and found alpha-ground profile with good video qualities. And Alpha ground approached to us with production package with clear communication.

We provided the brief and Alpha Ground developed the script for brand and product videos. They found the location that perfectly matches the theme, did casting, organized the shooting and broadcasted the shooting process to our main office in Korea.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Max and Vladi from Alpha ground. Both are fluent in English, any ideas and feedbacks were east to discuss with them. We had a group chatting room and group calls several times during shooting period and editing. Also I had to ask some of last minutes changes, and they helped me to get this idea to be appeared.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very happy with the final result and that our first experience with video production was made comfortable by Alpha Ground team. We will definitely work with them again! Now some of videos posted on youtube gained around 8K views after post in 1 week. we are overall happy about it.

We mostly spoke in video call and chatting. And in the beginning of project, due to raining seasons and quarantine, I was very worried about timelines, but Alpha ground kept their promise with timelines, complete 6 videos filming and editing within 1 months as promised.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They put so much effort on location scouting, where can't be better. They are very positive film crew with easy communication. Alpha Ground team has done an overall outstanding job on our videos.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I did not find any thing can be done differently. Alpha Ground team did an overall outstanding job on our video.

We hope our potential clients perceive Nivati Residence in a new perspective and in a better way. ROI of this ad is getting better.

They keep their quality as their best as their standard. Everything should be good and doesn’t matter the client budget. They aim to work in what they think it is the best. Some production house work depend on Client budget and cut some necessary processing’s cost off such as color grading.

The quality of work and delivery fast.

They added humor into the video, which is great!

There is a real history and story behind every scarf and ties that we make. We wanted to create a feeling of how luxurious, unique and handy our scarves are by telling a little video story where they play different, and yet always important role for a woman.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The deciding factor in selecting the Alfa Ground (then the Able Films) was their portfolio with the video made for fashion and lifestyle brands where they performed artistic taste and creativity. The prices were a bit high, but the result showed that money were well invested.

We provided few stories about scarves, and the rest they did themselves, using our stories as a reference for creating their own charming stories with our scarves.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Vladi. He directed and shoot the videos, edited them, selected music for them. The videos were produced during almost three years following the production and promotion schedule of our scarves.

We have been using the videos on social medias and in Coin, Tirana, Italian Department Store

Communication was easy. Our ideas were understood and developed in an artistic creative manner. The delivery was within the time table

They could create emotional stories, think outside the box, and show a good sense of humor at work.

There is always a way for improvement. There definitely were many ways to do our videos differently, but we liked the way they were realised.
