We had a huge need and they stepped in and custom created a service for our need.

Ali really took her time to met with us and understand the culture of our company. She wanted to be a good steward of our money and time.

To use the word patient is an understatement! I thought I understood the needs and wants of my company, and then they stepped in and connected all the dots for us. Ali really simplified a overly complicated industry!

Ali was our main contact. We interact with Thomas and Laurel as well. Everyone was personable and easy to work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

At the end they created a custom website for us! WelcomeHomeFrederick.com Check it out, I am so proud and impressed by the work they did!

We had weekly email exchanges and met VIA google meetings every other week till finished. Once we decided what we wanted to do they came to our office to kick off and then when done they came to our office to finalize. Since finish they have also checked in with us to make sure we are going strong.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The insight into marketing and social media from Allaur was game changing. Every time I met with them I was learning things I did not even know I needed to know.

Ali and staff at Allaur are amazing!

I’m the founder and CEO of @VR Virtual Reality. We’re a virtual reality gaming room that provides entertainment services for all ages. This includes corporate team-building activities, school events, birthday parties, and other types of celebrations.

I wanted to build up our online presence, so I hired them to manage our social media accounts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After our intro meeting, ALLAUR Creative + Events began managing my company’s social media accounts. They produce static and non-static content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter on a regular basis.

Additionally, they’re helping me promote the book that I’m working on. They’re building social media pages for that, as well as the content.

What is the team composition?

I work with 3–4 people from the ALLAUR Creative + Events team, including Ali (Co-Founder & CEO), who’s my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with ALLAUR Creative + Events?

I heard about them through a referral from a different vendor I worked with.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $10,000–$49,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2019, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done a good job in creating content and keeping it consistent with our branding across all platforms, not just on social media.

How did ALLAUR Creative + Events perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style has been great. We talk at least once a week, discussing any updates or feedback about the project. We also hold monthly meetings to go over posts, making sure we focus on producing content that works well and gives us the best value for our money.

We communicate through email, phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have great customer service, and they’re very hands-on and open to new ideas. Thus, this has definitely felt like a partnership. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve done a great job, and I have nothing negative to say.

Reach out to them; tell them your vision and allow them to do what they do best.

To create a new presence in e-commerce. Our goals were to present updated projects for viewing and finding new fits with potential clients.

I new the ALLUAR team and their creativity in this arena.

We first looked at current online presence and projects and created an update branding and logo. We created new online forms to connect with potential clients in google sheets.

The new web presence attracted new opportunities and the forms assisted us in connecting with clients. This positive influence in the market now needs to produce internally our work to keep pace with opportunities.
