We use Odoo ERP to manage our daily operations, and we were looking for an AI Agent that could communicate with our clients on WhatsApp while getting real-time information from our ERP system. The AI Agent helps answer questions about product prices, expiration dates, promotions, and it also allows clients to place orders directly through WhatsApp in just a few minutes. Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically transferred to our Odoo Sales module, where our team reviews, confirms, and prepares it for shipping. This has made our order process much faster and more efficient, and we plan to automate even more of the workflow in the future.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Full catalogue of 1,000+ SKUs live and answerable by the agent within 60 days. Orders now arrive from WhatsApp already structured, with line items and promotions applied, instead of being retyped by staff. Human takeover became the exception rather than the default path.

They delivered the project on time. During the period of deverlopment we had multiple meeting to ensure the process was going smoothly and to add new requests.

The AI then evaluates the likelihood of each patient converting into a paying client and provides clear reasoning behind its assessment. This allows the team to prioritize the most promising leads, personalize follow-up communication, and focus sales efforts on patients with the highest conversion potential.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivered in 45 working days for a team of 10+ agents. Every call is now transcribed live, coached in the moment and analysed afterwards, in Albanian, Italian and English. Leads are ranked hot, warm or cold nightly by a trained propensity model instead of by gut feel.
