What challenge were you trying to address with Akravo?

We found out that ChatGPT and Perplexity AI were completely ignoring us when people asked for Scandinavian fashion recommendations. Google AI Overview picked us up for 12 product category answers. The fast-fashion mischaracterization was gone across all major LLMs. We also saw a 23% increase in direct traffic that we tied back to AI referrals.We tracked it by monitoring referral sources and comparing traffic spikes with AI citation and answer mentions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview. When OpenAI pushed a model update that shifted how our brand was described, they caught it within 48 hours and had a fix ready.
