The main challenge was to showcase our company’s vast experience, to become prominently visible to the potential customers. The marketing strategy was defined based on Maryna’s research and valuable input. And then Maryna helped us to implement the strategy and in parallel she helped us to interview and hire members for the future marketing and sales team. Maryna proved to be a great mentor for the bright new team members who adored her.

Maryna is an IT consultant Anadea can never dream about! It was a pleasure to work with her! Maryna helped Anadea to identify growth opportunities by working closely with the Marketing & Sales departments. Our communication with Maryna was smooth and effective. Beyond regular scheduled meetings Maryna was always there for us when needed.

Maryna’s superpower is in the ability to guide you through the process without giving the ready-made solutions, but with a “learn by doing” approach. They were very experienced and competent professionals, and what is more important, mentoring is a gift, and she is certainly gifted.

I'm a Head of Marketing Department at Gotoinc, located in Ukraine. Gotoinc is an effective Ukrainian software agency that provides development services in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js & React. Our company has only been in existence for four years. During this time we have successfully closed a huge number of projects, but marketing was not our priority, this year we decided to change our approach to Digital Marketing and because it had to be built from scratch, we needed the help of professionals like AimPlanAct.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to completely build our communication system and create an approach to customers so that our existing and future new customers would really understand what makes us special and different from other competitors. We also needed to address existing channels such as the website, redesign it, and develop the right tone of voice and create a brand passport.

Once we selected this vendor, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first two weeks, we received our goals and start to develop our plan and work on objectives, e.g. - write key values, choose the right positioning, etc.

We assigned Marina Babich as our marketing consultant to achieve our goals. And we did! I was satisfied by the process of work and our result.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 2 months we build our fundamental marketing artifacts, such as positioning, mission, vision, etc. We finish our new content for the Corporate Website and create a funnel of lead generation and promotion channels.

Our assigned marketing consultant communicated easily with us and gave us frequent updates. We communicated at Google meetings at least once a week and used Telegram as an additional communication channel. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of this company.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was pleasantly impressed with the experience, the amount of knowledge, and the systematic approach to work in this company. Our goals and marketing strategy for the company were built in a few months. We will also continue on this plan and we are sure that in case of point issues we will turn only to AimPlanAcy

We wanted to create a stronger, bolder brand for our company, one that would resonate with our target audience, create more buzz on the market and attract more high-quality leads.

Marina worked closely with our Marketing team, providing guidance and sharing her knowledge of the market and current tendencies. Together we started an extensive market research, determined potential brand vectors and created a Brand Matrix for Waverley. Next, we discussed what we currently stand for as a company and what kind of brand we want to become.

We brainstormed different positioning ideas and potential strategies and later came up with 10 core directions to explore. These 10 ideas were then tested on real-world users and using a variety of metrics, evaluated to determine the one that resonated the best with our audience and provided the best results.

We continue working with Marina to implement this strategy and amplify the new message and brand positioning across all our communication channels. The experiment took over 7 months. We enjoyed Marina’s data-driven approach and feel like the chosen strategy has a lot of potential.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After 2 months of preparations and 7 months of testing we have selected the best-performing message and communication style for our brand. It showed better results than our previous message in terms of user behaviour and conversions.

We believe that adopting this new positioning for our company will help us better communicate with our audience, create the right company image on the market and generate more Sales.

Marina collaborated very effectively with our team. We had regular sync-up calls and long brainstorming sessions. She openly shared her marketing experience with our team, as well as her observations and interesting facts about the current state of the industry. She was always there if we needed her help or had any immediate questions.

Marina is an experienced, well-versed Marketing professional, with excellent knowledge of the tech industry. She keeps her finger on the pulse of industry trends, is easy to communicate with, very data-driven, highly energetic and creative. Our team enjoyed working with her and learning from her and is looking forward to more joint projects in the future.

After series of workshops we found our unique positioning, differentiation and created a slogan, to achieve better brand recognition. After this job was done we got the marketing plan, which helps us to achieve our goals within the budget

Now we have a strategy, we have tools, we built USP and positioning, we know how to ACT for the nearest year. And we have a really good website that 100% suits our expertise and our target audience. And we now market and our competitors that is priceless!

We are very demanding about the quality of the process, because we ourselves pay a lot of attention to relations with our clients. But with Marina there was nothing to complain, it was a truly flawless process. Marina was (and is) always in touch.

We met weekly and she conducted series workshops. She sent us staus updates regularly, so we always knew where we are. Also, she prepared a number of absolutely clear documents.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We only have rough metrics right now because our marketing department is still growing, but we’ve earned a 30% customer conversion rate since starting our work with AimPlanAct. We expect that to continue to grow—Maryna knows what she’s doing. 

How did AimPlanAct perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via phone, Telegram, and Skype. Maryna is very communicative and knows how to manage her work, but she doesn’t always follow her schedule exactly.

The marketing insights AimPlanAct provides are great. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, their planning is inconsistent. For example, Maryna creates a plan with timelines but sometimes those are forgotten during the process. It’s a little unprofessional but all the other services are great.

I’d recommend you hire them.
