As a cutting-edge business, we knew that being recommended by AI was the next frontier, but we were completely invisible in AI search. Despite our expertise in accounting and bookkeeping, ChatGPT and Perplexity weren't citing us at all for our core industry prompts. We didn't just need a report; we needed to be the answer the AI provided to our potential customers.

AI Search Strategies (AISS) performed a deep-dive AISO audit and, more importantly, a hands-on implementation of their recommendations. Nick C. and Nick I. didn't just give us a list of tasks; they systematically re-aligned our digital brand authority to match how LLMs evaluate trust and relevance. Their AEO and GEO strategies were precise and results-oriented.

They are in an emerging niche and understand the need for small businesses like ours. In the past, visibility on Google was enough, but now AI is handling many inquiries from potential clients. Small businesses must now focus on SEO for AI, just as they did with Google.

I had a very positive experience with them; nothing comes to mind at this moment.

We are a real estate team. We are registered experienced realtors using our experience to support buyers and sellers of residential and investment-potential properties.

What challenge were you trying to address with AI Search Strategies?

We knew that we had to begin using a variety of AI-based technologies in our business, and one of the first areas that we focused on was upgrading our web presence. We needed a review of our five-year-old website to determine if it was compatible with the new way of finding information using AI chatbots. We really didn't know where to start.

AI Search Strategies has brought a clear, simple methodology to our problem. They have been able to take a systematic look at our website using their own tools and provided us with a prioritized list of actions that need to be undertaken to maintain and enhance our web presence in the digital world. 
Their technical audit report is comprehensive and precise, with demonstrable results. We are making some of these changes directly using our own site management tools, and others are being designed, and implemented by AI Search Strategies.

We started working with them in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We began implementing improvements in mid-January 2026 (December 2025 was, unusually, a very busy time for us in real estate). Both AI Search Strategies and ourselves are making steady progress on the high-priority improvements. We plan to track visits, duration, and engagement as primary indicators of the impact of these improvements.

How did AI Search Strategies perform from a project management standpoint?

So far, we have no concerns. We are working closely with AI Search Strategies, and the delays have been on our side — for the right reasons. We communicate via virtual meetings.
