Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of iKen Auto Tech, an automotive repair shop. We also provide spare parts and periodic maintenance.

We weren’t happy with how our website was made by our previous developer, so we hired Agyepong, Inc Marketing Agency to create a better one that met our expectations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agyepong, Inc Marketing Agency helped us build a new website from scratch, using WordPress as the platform. They handled the entire development process, including the UI/UX design and content of the site. They also implemented the features and functionalities we required.

Additionally, they developed a business plan, conducted social media marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and taught our team how to navigate through the new site.

Currently, they provide regular maintenance support — they’re in charge of implementing new upgrades or adding any content to our pages.

Initially, we started working with two people until they added another person to lead the marketing aspect of the project. My main point of contact is Frank (Lead Designer).
