We are getting better projects and better clients due to how our brand is positioning us in the market. The project has been extremely successful from our perspective.

From the moment I met them during my last project with my previous company, it felt like we had known each other for years. Their ability to build genuine relationships sets them apart.  

Jen, in particular, has become more than just a professional connection—she’s become a friend. She has gone above and beyond, checking in on me and offering support in the early phases of my startup without ever expecting anything in return. That level of generosity and care is rare.  

I also admire how both Jen and Gabriel approach life and business with a calm and collected demeanor. While I thrive in chaos, often feeling the most focused when things are moving fast, Jen has a similar energy in the best way possible. She can navigate uncertainty with a sense of steadiness that is both reassuring and inspiring. Their approach to business isn’t just about strategy and execution; it’s about fostering real, lasting relationships, and that’s what makes them the best! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Afton Klein Group could have done differently?

In all honesty, I struggled to come up with any areas for improvement. If anything, AKG’s approach to understanding my business has actually helped me become more self-aware in my own communication. Since they don’t come from my industry, I’ve occasionally expected them to immediately grasp certain concepts, but when we’ve had to make adjustments, it made me realize that I wasn’t always as clear as I thought.  

Their process challenged me to refine how I articulate my ideas, which has ultimately been a positive learning experience. So, if there’s any room for improvement, it’s probably on my end rather than theirs! AKG’s ability to ask the right questions and adapt along the way has only reinforced how valuable they are as a strategic partner.
