I took an online Google course by Isaac and learned a lot from it. Over the years, I wanted a refresher and came across a new and updated course of his. I was so thoroughly impressed, and it was coincidental that I had a monumental task of taking PPC strategy at my new job to a new level. I reached out to AdVenture Media’s website. I chose them because of their experience and demonstration of knowledge on Google. I had known Isaac for some time, and with AdVenture Media’s continued success, I felt compelled to speak with them and see if they could convince me they were right for the big project of my company. After one conversation with Ronnie, I was more than convinced. I couldn’t wait to get started.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our primary target for success is based on BOF and a specific ROAS target. We’ve also seen a significant boost in awareness and consideration goals, with a 200%–500% improvement. We’ve also seen a significant boost in revenue compared to previous year metrics, from 50%–200%. These improvements are fairly consistent across most markets. We’ve successfully turned some markets we struggled with into super successes. Other challenging markets have given us valuable learning and moments to pivot our strategy, test, and have a rescue plan in place to overcome them. This isn’t a reflection of AdVenture Media’s campaign management, but every market has a different level of market maturity, awareness, and stages of the business lifecycle.

That said, they will always take the time to explain anything we're unsure about when we ask.

There's always a skilled technical marketer on the team, which makes it much easier to ensure conversion tracking across networks is working. That's incredibly helpful in a post-AI era where all bidding strategies are somewhat automated and require deep, truthful, accurate insights from website and app traffic, especially for SaaS products. Their malleable solutions for reporting also made it easier to appease multiple stakeholders in the company that might not be in the scope for full dynamic reporting at all times.
Are there any areas for improvement or something AdVenture Media could have done differently?
There’s very little to critique. They’ve been a strong partner across multiple projects. The one area that could improve is pushing back more when internal stakeholders float ideas that aren’t aligned with sound marketing logic. There were moments where the team tried to accommodate requests that weren’t likely to drive results. Firmer guidance in those situations would make their support even more effective.
