Here we are ... just you, us, and all the cookies Clutch is dropping on your hard drive.
You're doom-scrolling through tons of profiles with hundreds of reviews and promises that sound too good to be true.
That's not us. We're selective with our clients. As you should be with your agency.
Any of these hits home?
"My agency sends me 47-slide decks every month. Still can't find the ROI."
"Remember when our Google Ads actually made money?"
"Meta performance flatlined in March. It's October. My agency still says they're 'investigating.'"
"I asked our agency about their take on AI. 'You mean the Spielberg movie starring Robin Williams?' they asked."
We're not here to "redefine marketing" or "elevate your brand story." We're here to make your advertising profitable again—with intelligence, creativity, and a slightly unhealthy obsession with data.
AdVenture Media manages $100M+ in media spend, and we're the profit-obsessed nerds Google hired to teach their own Premier Partners about machine learning (kind of like Gordon Ramsay asking you to teach him about sandwiches).
Our courses have attracted over 400,000 students around the globe, and we've literally written the #1 bestselling book on performance marketing—buy a hardback (or two) anywhere books are sold.
But you care about results, not résumés.
When AMC Networks needed a killer Meta strategy, we rebuilt their creative and bidding systems and delivered a 400% ROI.
When Hanes needed to fight off D2C brands, we engineered a 340% ROAS improvement.
When Forbes Magazine needed subscriber growth at a profitable CAC, we doubled their conversion rate while cutting budget by 37%.
We use AI for speed and insight—never to replace human intuition. That means more intelligence, sharper optimization, and better creative—without bloated fees. If we can't earn our fees back through performance, we won't take your money. Period.

AdVenture Media Group provides digital marketing services to support efforts for a guided tour company. In collaboration with internal teams, they develop campaigns to execute via Google Ads and Bing Ads.
AdVenture Media Group delivered valuable insights and managed initiatives effectively to facilitate significant growth in the amount of website traffic. The team is accessible and attentive, which enables them to execute time sensitive campaigns rapidly. They offer dedicated customer service.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the digital marketing manager for a guided tour company. We run tours domestically and internationally.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
We wanted to grow but didn’t have enough bandwidth to manage Google Ads and Bing Ads on our own. We’re a small team that has lots of ideas but didn’t have the time to execute the campaigns.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AdVenture Media Group manages our PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. We have meetings every two weeks when we talk about our ideas. We hear their suggestions but have skin in the game too. We rely on them to help us evolve our ideas and execute them.
For example, our annual marketing strategy was turned upside down given external circumstances. We reached out to Erica (SEM Account Strategist) for guidance, asking what she’s learning and seeing in the market. I told her what I think and she made the plans happen.
What is the team composition?
I’m in direct contact with Erica.
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
I sent RFPs and talked to agencies throughout the world. I went into this project with the expectation of securing a partnership, which is a crucial part of our engagement. I’m educated in Google Ads, so we didn’t want to work with a company that would take over the creative process.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $100,000–$150,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started our partnership in January 2019, so we’re just into our second year with AdVenture Media Group.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In 2019, we doubled our PPC budget and launched a new website that focused on SEO efforts. That provided a unique opportunity for us to align all of our campaign efforts across the board. Between a website that performed better organically, aligning SEO and PPC efforts, as well as doubling our budget, we tripled the amount of traffic to our site.
How did AdVenture Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?
I built a Google Sheet, which is an easy-to-use platform that archives everything. Lately, I shoot Erica emails because we’re dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. AdVenture Media Group also provides a wonderful dashboard where I can see any information I need. But if I need advanced data, I call Erica and she gives it to me. She’s receptive, available, and responsive. If I call her with a last-minute deal campaign and ask her to pull it, she pulls it within two hours. It’s nice to have their team's support.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer service sticks out. It’s easy to work with AdVenture Media Group because their team listens and personalizes the relationship. Coming into a project of this magnitude, we needed personalization. Their team genuinely cares about our business and happiness. That relationship’s the bread and butter.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’m happy with them. There’s always room for improvement but I can’t think of anything at the top of my head.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communication and engagement are a big deal. Don’t be afraid to throw ideas out. We're engaged in the partnership, so I can’t say if a hands-off approach would work or not.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
MyWallSt provides high-performing stock-picks with unrivaled investing guidance, helping both the beginner and novice investors to grow their financial wealth. I'm responsible for growing the userbase of MyWallSt's apps in the US market, through the management and development of a myriad of acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Apple Search Ads. MyWallSt currently has over 2 million downloads in 100+ countries.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire AdVenture Media Group?
As the business grew, so did our business targets so we decided to work with on out-of-office agency to support us with our digital marketing strategy and efforts. We particularly needed support with our social media marketing so it was continuously updated and optimized.
What were your goals for this project?
To really optimize our ads, using their knowledge to effectively speak to our target audience and shout about our unique selling points.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We got in touch with several agencies that were similar but we chose Adventure because they took the time and energy to really understand our business and ask very relevant questions. They were also very responsive to any queries up until we started management and that responsiveness has continued ever since.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
They've supported us with every element of digital marketing strategy e.g. management, analytics, budgets, imagery, and reporting. I've worked with several agencies in the past but they are by far the most responsive and involved.
What was the team composition?
I believe there were some changes in their team but there were no major issues. Handovers were handled very professionally.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have certainly seen improvements in specific channels with positive impacts on our overall online presence which is in a very competitive industry.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I can't recall any issues when scheduling a call or with communication. They make sure to double-check so no mistakes happen. We generally used Google Hangouts to have our calls which is the easiest solution. They also accommodate well for the time difference.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They really listen. They listen to our feedback and ideas, and if they have a better idea or they think our idea isn't a good one, they'll tell us, which is great. I often find that agencies have a 'yes-man' approach, but this isn't the case for Adventure Media. They'll also give us honest feedback.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None that I can think of right now.

AdVenture Media provides search engine marketing (SEM) services. They’ve also consulted on strategy with the aim of optimizing the ROI per-effort.
Conversions have doubled and lead generation has increased. AdVenture’s holistic approach to strategy has increased the efficiency of practices. In particular, their data-backed approach to budgeting is a strength. They are a client-oriented team that’s focused on continuous improvement.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of demand generation and channel at a SaaS company, and we serve e-commerce vendors. Our services include helping them understand where they have tax responsibility, auto-filing returns, and providing real-time tax calculations for shopping carts on their site.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media?
Our SEM (Search Engine Marketing) had been on autopilot for a while. Our company was in rapid growth mode, and we realized we needed to give our SEM more attention.
The hope was to use our SEM as a primary channel for demand generation. We wanted to build it up and expand it. The overall goal was to create more conversions, which means more free trials of our software and more leads for our sales team.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provided SEM fundamental services and consulted on strategy.
We asked them for a set of reports on a dashboard based on the results we’ve wanted to see. We chose results like trends over time, performance versus baseline, return on ad spend, and the return segmented by the types of spend. We can see which specific keywords are performing. They integrated with our UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) strategy and helped us understand how much we were paying per conversion for specific types of effort.
Being a Google Premier Partner, they brought insights. They take the time to analyze our business so they can suggest strategies to increase conversions. The SEM strategies have ranged from how we bid on keywords to what we’re driving toward. They also consider how they could work with internal teams to create new assets. They give us an overall strategy for how to look at things today, tomorrow, and next year.
What is the team composition?
When we first came on, they had 4-6 people analyzing and building out reports. Now, we consistently meet with 2-3 people every week. They review both the strategy and execution sides of the project.
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media?
I found them on Clutch and one other site. We went through half a dozen agencies, and we got three interviews deep with the final three. AdVenture impressed us with the soundness of their approach to the fundamentals and exciting suggestions (which have proven to be valuable).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March of 2019, and the partnership is ongoing. We don’t see any reason to look at other agencies—they’ve been growing with us.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have more than doubled the conversions that we’ve had on our site. In some months, we’ve more than tripled. We also started creating leads at a very fast pace. Now, leads are a part of our mix for the first time. We anticipate that number growing as we fuel our sales team growth.
How did AdVenture Media perform from a project management standpoint?
There is a point person for our account, and we meet weekly. We check-in at least once per week. It’s not a super formal process, but it’s been great for what we need. They are constantly testing and trying to improve.
They’ve also helped us with planning next year’s budgeting based on the math. It’s not a sales pitch—they look to the data to make recommendations. That approach has been light years ahead of what we’ve seen with past agencies. Also, the reporting dashboard they built has helped us move the needle faster and decide our spending strategy moving forward.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They came in with innovative strategies built on top of sound SEM services. Week after week, they are delivering on the strategy and promises they made in our first engagement. I’ve worked with several dozen agencies, and they are by far the best I’ve worked with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There was a little bit of turnover when we first started. But, the transition has been great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They are a great agency that has your best interests in mind, which is unusual in the industry. If you’re looking to get the most out of them, come to the table with some ideas.
The more you engage with them, the more strategic advice they can give you. If you’re looking to sit back and put things on autopilot, you’ll waste their talent.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm a marketing director at Pure Dental Health. We're a full service dental organization.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
We wanted to attract more patients, so we were looking for a vendor to help us with digital marketing.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we took a course that they provided to get a better understanding of how Google Ads worked. Then, they did a free assessment of our website and made recommendations on how we could improve our conversion rate and increase traffic. They also helped us develop and implement a digital marketing strategy.
What is the team composition?
I mostly worked with Nick (SEM Account Strategist, AdVenture Media Group).
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
The owner of our dental practice recommended the course that AdVenture Media Group was offering. After we took the course, we decided to bring them on board.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid them about $1,865 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them between June 2018–August 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
AdVenture Media Group made a lot of great suggestions and crafted the campaigns that target a specific patient. Our conversion rate has increased from 3% to about 7–11%.
How did AdVenture Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?
They were always willing to answer our questions and share their knowledge. Also, they were very responsive and got back to us quickly, even during holidays or weekends. Unlike other companies we worked with, AdVenture Media Group made us feel like we were their only client. They were also very accommodating when there were days we had to shut down because of the weather and needed to stop the campaign.

They were very attentive and hands-on. They made us feel we were part of the process and educated us, helping us make decisions that were best for our business.
Are there any areas they could improve?

AdVenture Media Group’s efforts have yielded an impressive 30% increase in subscriptions. The team is collaborative, thorough, and consistently puts its customers in a position to excel. Their enthusiasm about their customers’success is what sets them apart from other digital strategy agencies.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior manager of digital marketing at a magazine.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
We were looking to be able to scale subscription orders from the search channel.
We had been working with another agency for a number of years and while they were really good in the beginning, over time, they started to lack in performance. After cutting ties with them, we started with AdVenture and they’ve been a really great partner.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We have weekly calls where we talk about different tests we want to run to try to increase subscriptions, while decreasing the cost per order.
It’s their job to carry out the tests, keep an eye on our campaigns on a daily basis, and manage the budget effectively to get the number of subscriptions we budgeted for each month. It’s a lot of balancing scale with spending, and getting subscriptions for the lowest possible cost.
What is the team composition?
Erica (SEM Senior Account Strategist, AdVenture Media Group), is our main point of contact.
They’ve been growing, and when we started out, we had 5-7 people on all of our emails. As we’ve gotten into the flow of things, Erica has been our only point of contact. We always have access to other people there.
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
I found them through an online course website called Udemy. I wanted to teach myself about Google Ads, and I actually bought a course that’s taught by Isaac (Founder & CEO, AdVenture Media Group). I found it really helpful and very insightful.
They use the course to get new top-of-funnel clients, and they offer a free audit. I took advantage of the free audit and thought they did a really great job. They had a lot of really good ideas. We ended up trying them out and it’s been great.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested approximately $40,0000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in May 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve definitely seen a substantial increase of 30% in subscriptions since we’ve started with them.
How did AdVenture Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed very well from a project management standpoint. We mainly communicate via email because they get back to me so quickly, so I don’t feel like I need to call them all the time.
Previously, they sent us a weekly report but then they actually built us a dashboard online that's updated in real-time with all of our metrics so we can log in at any time to see them. Occasionally, I’ll ask for something outside the scope of that reporting and they’ll put together with me also.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really feel like the team, Erica especially, is as invested in our business as we are. It’s hard to find true partners and I think in that respect, not just account managers that’re trying to get you to spend more money. They’re very invested and are always coming up with new ideas that we can try.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, overall, I’ve been very happy. They’ve been a very stellar partner.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to truly tap them for idea generation. I don’t always think that you have to come up with every test. I feel like they’re very open to a lot of collaboration and they’re willing to go the extra mile to help certain campaigns come to fruition. For instance, if it’s a video campaign, they’re happy to help with the video creation without charging an arm and a leg. You should tap them for everything they can provide.

AdVenture Media Group manages paid social and paid marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis. They handle setup, optimization, tracking, reporting, and assist with marketing strategy.
The marketing channels’ level of efficiency increased drastically as a result of AdVenture Media Group’s efforts. The team is responsive, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. They always foster a sense of collaboration, which helps the process run smoothly.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the director of growth strategy & execution at a media company. We run video-on-demand services as a smaller business unit of our larger network. I focus primarily on running acquisition marketing and retention marketing.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
We needed help operating our performance marketing channels, mainly Facebook and search. We wanted a new agency to be fully focused on one brand, instead of working across all parts.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They manage all of the operational aspects of our campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, limited to paid social and paid search at the moment. They really work the campaigns from every angle in terms of setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting. We partner on strategy, for the most part, and they’re the operational piece of it. We had specific KPI’s and sign-ups for our services that we wanted to meet. There isn’t any one specific deliverable in this relationship, but rather a desired ongoing campaign performance.
What is the team composition?
On the business side, I work with Ari (Director of Sales, AdVenture Media Group). In the onboarding phase, I worked with Isaac (Founder & CEO, AdVenture Media Group). On a day-to-day basis, I work with Erica (Senior Account Strategist, Adventure Media Group), Patrick (Director of PPC/SEM, Adventure Media Group), and Ronnie (Senior Account Strategist, Adventure Media Group).
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
We evaluated five different agencies, and each one performs an audit of our account and came up with recommendations on how they would run things. We decided to go with AdVenture Media Group based on their performance in that thorough process.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested approximately $500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in January 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were already running the channels that we operate through Adventure Media before we brought them on, but our efficiency in them has drastically improved. I’d say our work has been cut in half, which is amazing. It also translates into subscribers signing up for the services we offer. In terms of revenue, we’re stretching our budget twice as far as we used to.
How did AdVenture Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform excellently from a project management standpoint. Communication and responsiveness are probably the strongest parts of their team. They’re super responsive and I don’t ever feel like they’ve dropped the ball on anything. We talk weekly, and are emailing constantly. It’s been really smooth overall.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The communication and the thought process on the strategy have been most impressive. They’re always up to speed on what we’re doing and bring a lot of really good ideas to the table, so it feels collaborative. Instead of just telling them what to do and not being involved in their process, they’re more like an extension of our team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We work with multiple agencies, and the only area in which we’ve seen more from others is in data and reporting. The sophistication of those systems and our current system with AdVenture Media works for us, but I think if they were to improve anywhere, it would be in the granularity of the data they’re tracking on a regular basis.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would say take time to know them and set the relationship us so they’re an extension of your own team. That’ll enable them to be a thought partner, instead of just a vendor you’re pushing work to.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the owner of 1st Class Medical. We sell respiratory medical equipment, both home and portable.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
I used to do all of our digital marketing myself, and it's a lot of work. I needed to focus my attention on growing the business.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AdVenture Media Group did some research on how people search for our company. They focus on Google AdWords, Yahoo, and Bing. They do the daily management of our AdWords account, adding negative keywords and new search terms. They also built a new landing page for our website. We will be using them soon for Facebook as well.
What is the team composition?
We work with Isaac (founder and CEO, AdVenture Media Group) as well as a senior account strategist.
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
We found them on Udemy. My business partner was doing some research on AdWords, and suggested we speak to Isaac about building a partnership.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2018 and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We've seen a decrease in ad spend of almost 40% but have kept the same amount of leads. We're saving money even with spending money on the services that they provide. We're quite happy with how they've cleaned up our AdWords account.
How did AdVenture Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?
Every morning we have a call where they tell us the results of the day before. They're currently building a dashboard that's going to allow us to easily see what they're doing and account statistics.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really like the landing page that they put together. I do a lot of web page building myself, and I've learned a lot from what they did. Of course, it’s also very impressive that they were able to cut costs by 40% without sacrificing leads.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they're good at communications. They give us the information that we need every day.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re great. Our numbers are exactly what we wanted.

AdVenture Media Group provides ongoing digital marketing services, working on PPC, programmatic ads, and paid social media ads. They work on Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.
Their work thus far has produced exceptional results, with the spend averaging 15% of the revenue throughout. Their team is comprised of experts who can offer excellent advice, guidance, and support at any time, always communicating effectively and answering any queries quickly.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Sofamania is an online furniture company serving the continental U.S. Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, and we have distribution centers in Indiana and Atlanta. I’m the CMO, in charge of campaigning, marketing strategies, and budgeting.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
We were looking for more detailed expertise, and the ability to execute digital marketing efforts, with a focus on paid advertisements in particular. We were working with a different company at the time, and while it was successful to a certain extent, it was getting extremely expensive. Our measurement of success wasn’t there anymore.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their area of focus includes paid ads on search engines, particularly Google and Bing. They’re also managing paid ads through Facebook and Instagram, as well as programmatic ads through a platform called Criteo.
They’ve also given us their input on creatives, sales, and website design. We like including them in this area, and it fits with how we see them as more than a partner. It’s a great focus-group experience to have them pitching their ideas, as well as giving observations on what we have in place right now.
What is the team composition?
Isaac (CEO, AdVenture Media Group) is our main contact and he’s taken a personal approach with our account. We work with one of their SEM account strategists who runs the paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. We also work with another SEM specialist, who’s more hands-on on the AdWords side of things.
We do have an official account manager; he keeps us up to date on a constant basis, on the state of our account and new initiatives. Another resource is working on the strategy of how our efforts can be combined.
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
We found them through a reference. I was doing some research on SEO, and one of their members at the time came up as a very successful guru in the field. We’d also received some good references for them some months before that. We then established a streamline of communication in order to start redesigning our paid efforts.
How much have you invested with them?
We started at a much slower spending rate, and it’s evolved since then. We were coming from a not so great experience, and we first wanted to know how this thing could work. We were a bit hesitant on the new partnership, so we started lower. We now have a month-to-month relationship that’s based on performance. We haven’t had any reason whatsoever to even remind ourselves of this fact, though.
So far, it’s been $2 million–$2.5 million. This is just the allocation for all campaign efforts combined—PPC, programmatic ads, and paid social media ads.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with AdVenture in late-January 2018, and the relationship is ongoing. They have more of a general involvement, rather than a project with us.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They started performing two weeks in, in the most incredible way. This meant that the dollar amount spent increased, as did the level of involvement.
Everything reacts in a different way, depending on the platform. The numbers fluctuate on Facebook, Google, and so on, but the spend has remained solidly at 15% of the overall revenue. For industry or retail standards, this is extremely good. The results we’ve seen from AdVenture are excellent.
How did AdVenture Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re really good in terms of communication. Response times are almost always immediate, even though we’re three hours apart.
The choice of communication channels depends on the situation. If it’s an ongoing thing, it’s sometimes easier just to make a phone call, instead of having a back-and-forth conversation over email. Usually, we have a recap every two weeks that covers everything. We both pitch our vision in terms of where we feel we are and what can be improved, dropped, or added.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their superb level of understanding is impressive; it’s off the charts. Their delivery is also quite incredible. In overall terms, they always go beyond what’s expected and promised. It’s the only reason we’re not going anywhere else—we praise this partnership on a daily basis.
It seems and feels as if we’re their only client. The service is extremely personalized, the communication is fast and fluent, and I cannot think of any time when I had to explain who I was and where we stood. Every communication is attended to as if they’d just prepared to hear from us, even the call came out of nowhere.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This is something I’ve thought about, just for the sake of playing devil’s advocate, to see if I find something. However, I can’t find anything substantial, aside from specific situations where there was miscommunication on a certain element. There’s nothing major that they really need to work on.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Stop and listen. It may sound like philosophical nonsense, but it’s an honest observation. Businesses usually think they know everything in terms of wants, concept, strategy, budget, and so on, but most of the time, they’re wrong. When the client just listens to someone who has solid knowledge, things can change. Someone approaching AdVenture for paid ads management should let them prove what they can do.

Working collaboratively with an in-house team, AdVenture Media is managing SEO and AdWords to help reduce cost per lead and boost sales.
The ad spend has decreased significantly and the quality/quantity of leads stayed the same or improved. Knowledgeable and professional, AdVenture Media exceeded all expectations, while their transparency and commitment made them a reliable partner.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the general manager at LPT Medical. We're a company that sells portable oxygen concentrators.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
We wanted to lower our ad spend while keeping the same quantity and quality of leads.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They're in charge of all of our digital media and AdWords. We came in with the keywords we wanted to target and they made their own recommendations based on the extensive research that they did.
What is the team composition?
I mostly work with Isaac (Founder and CEO, AdVenture Media Group).
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
I took a class that Isaac was teaching. Later, I decided to get in touch with him about the project and we went from there.
How much have you invested with AdVenture Media Group?
We've spent about $60,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Every day we discuss cost per lead and how many sales we've received. We've noticed that our budget keeps going down, while the number of out leads stays the same or even gets higher.
How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
We talk on the phone every morning to discuss the status of the project. They're also building a dashboard for us. In addition, we have access to all the accounts, so we can see the updates ourselves.
What did you find most impressive about AdVenture Media Group?
They're great communicators. Isaac always gets a hold of me no matter what time of day or night it is.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Isaac is very knowledgeable and professional, but he runs a big company. It'd be good if they had someone just as knowledgeable as Isaac that we can talk to when Isaac is not available.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You can have peace of mind and know that you're in good hands. AdVenture Media is the company that stands behind their work. The best part about them is that they underpromise and overdeliver.
